Your mission
As a Solution Architect within Product Information to Customer/Master Data Management (MDM), you play a central role in defining our new MDM system. You’re part of Coromant IT and support the ongoing digital transformation of product information across the organization.
Job responsibilities
Define and maintain the target architecture and solution design for master data management.
Ensure solutions align with business strategy and master data principles, and support scalability and high information quality.
Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, development teams, and external partners.
Support initiatives related to PIM, PLM, DAM, MDM, ERP integrations, e?commerce platforms, and digital customer interfaces.
Perform architectural analyses, provide technical recommendations, and guide key design decisions.
Bridge business and IT by translating business needs into sustainable technical solutions.
Contribute hands?on in the team’s daily work when needed.

Location and flexibility
The position is based in Sandviken, with a hybrid setup that allows partly remote work.
Your profile
You combine architectural thinking with a strong understanding of information flows and complex IT landscapes. Your experience allows you to move seamlessly between strategic and operational work. We believe you have:
Experience working as a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of master data, product information, and end-to-end information flows.
Experience in complex IT environments with multiple integrations.
Relevant academic background in IT, systems science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
You’re comfortable working in English; knowledge of Swedish is a plus as it supports day?to?day collaboration.

Your Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Information Architect to lead the management and governance of master data objects and within our ERP M3 environment. Main Responsibilities
Master Data Governance: Define and implement governance frameworks for key master data objects. Establish clear ownership, processes, and standards to ensure data consistency and compliance.

Your Profile
You hold a university degree in information systems, computer science, business, or a related field, or possess equivalent professional experience. You have proven experience in information architecture, master data management, or ERP systems, preferably Infor M3, with a focus on supplier, customer, and item data. You also have a strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and integration principles, as well as experience working in global organizations and cross-functional teams. The role requires excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have the ability to drive change.

Your mission
In this position, you contribute to the implementation and development of our internal control processes, taking a strategic point of view. You provide expert guidance, advice, and support to our global entities on IC matters as well as audits—ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and strong governance. Included in your job is to:
Perform general planning, monitoring, reporting and testing activities in compliance with Global and Coromant Internal control framework, RACM (Risk and Control Matrix).
Actively take part in testing of the self-assessments and follow up the results.
Review, assess and conclude the results of self-assessments to introduce adequate remediation plans.
Identify key risks, apply priorities and consider materiality given the nature of our business and relevant standards and regulations.
Conduct training of IC and test systems and provide support to stakeholders to ensure successful execution of roles and responsibilities.

The location for this role is flexible within Europe, but preferably in Stockholm or Sandviken, and we apply a hybrid setup where you can combine office and remote work.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a degree in finance, business administration, accounting or a similar field, combined with several years of relevant business experience within a global organization. You have a solid background in internal control, audit, or risk management, and are well-versed in business processes related to sales, supply, HR, production/IM, governance and finance, as well as compliance frameworks such as IFRS. Experience with supply chain and sales processes is highly valued, as is a strong understanding of governance/compliance and risk. You’re proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with SAP is considered a plus. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Swedish is a strong advantage.
Being structured, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with strong analytical and critical thinking skills, are traits that define you. About your job
In this position, you play a pivotal role in designing, implementing and governing Microsoft Fabric platform solutions. About you

About the job
In this position you play a key role in managing a program by leading and ensuring projects (change initiatives) within Customer Support and Customer Interaction area and ensuring they’re achieved in a timely manner, including securing required resources, budgets, risks and changes. You focus on planning, monitoring, and managing projects/initiatives from initiation through implementation. This role handles the people side of change, including changes to customer interaction processes, systems and technology – driving faster adoption and higher ultimate utilization, which also remains a critical part of this role. The primary responsibility is creating and implementing planning and execution of projects, along with creating change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.
Though you don’t have supervisory responsibilities, you have to work through many others in the organization to succeed. With the bigger picture in mind, you look forward based on industry trends in customer support and customer interactions.
The location for this position is globally flexible but preferably in Sweden – either in Sandviken or Kista.
Who you are?
Taking on this mission, we believe you have experience working with customer support or interaction processes, specifically managing projects for more than five years at regional or global level. Your background also contains leading initiatives and driving change extensively for several years. Extensive experience in a customer service role, such as consulting, services or support, is beneficial, as well as experience in Microsoft CRM Dynamics and Contact Centre solutions. Acting in a truly global environment calls for excellent communication skills in English.

Vi vill ha spårbarhet på våra produkter och dokumenterar därför våra olika ingående detaljer.
Det är många moment som ingår när vi monterar våra produkter och alla dessa moment är kritiska för våran kvalitet. Om kvalitetsavvikelser uppstår dokumenteras detta via en avvikelserapport som sedan skickas till kvalitetsavdelningen.
Målet med detta uppdrag är att genom digitalisering förenkla vardagen för våra montörer.

Arbetsbeskrivning
Du kommer att börja med att sätta dig in i hur vi arbetar idag för att skapa förståelse för vilka moment som behöver ingå i det ”nya arbetssättet”. När nulägesanalysen är klar så får du sedan kolla på olika alternativ på att förenkla arbetet för våra montörer genom t ex tillgång till instruktioner, rapportering kvalitetsavvikelse, säkerställa kvaliteten på våra produkter osv.

Som Digitaliseringsutvecklare hos oss kommer du att arbeta utifrån en behovsdriven metodik i nära samverkan med verksamheten för att identifiera behov och utvecklingsmöjligheter.
Du kommer att leda och delta i utvecklingsuppdrag, stora och små, inom olika områden kopplat till digitalisering. Det kan handla om att se digitaliseringens möjligheter för effektivisering, automation och förändrat arbetssätt, från förstudie och beslutsunderlag till genomförande och uppföljning eller att hjälpa verksamheten med metodstöd inom tjänstedesign, processkartläggning, projektledning.

KVALIFIKATIONER
Vi söker dig som har relevant högskoleexamen med inslag av digital utveckling, eller annan utbildning och erfarenhet som arbetsgivaren bedömer likvärdig.

Du har arbetslivserfarenhet från en befattning med liknande arbetsuppgifter och erfarenhet av att driva digitala utvecklingsuppdrag.
Du har erfarenhet av att leda workshops med både små och stora grupper och kommunicerar väl på svenska i både tal och skrift
Ditt intresse för digitalisering är stort och du drivs av att samarbeta med andra.
Du har erfarenhet av arbete med att identifiera förbättringsområden, föreslå åtgärder och följa upp resultat för att öka nyttan, effektivitet och kvalitet.

About You

As we are running a cloud first environment, deep competence, and experience in the security stack of Azure, AWS and its adjacent areas is a requirement.
Preference will be given to holders of relevant Digital Security certifications, e.g.: CISSP, GIAC, etc. ?

· Govern technology/security solutions delivered against agreed principles, patterns, policies and standards.
