About your job
In this role, you lead and coordinate the automation development for all products within Network Services. You analyze and propose automation use cases in existing solution architecture and investigate emerging technologies and assess their viability for machine learning, AI and automation. Aligned with the technology director for our Product Area, you develop and anchor a technology roadmap for machine learning and automation.
In collaboration with all product teams, you create feasible automations that meet business needs and expectations, and you continuously interact with stakeholders to understand their needs and contexts. All in all, your mission is to evaluate our possibilities for automation in existing services and products as well as driving the new way of working to increase automation in our services.
The location for this position is at Gasverket in Stockholm or Sandbacka Park in Sandviken and we offer a hybrid work solution.
About you
We’re looking for someone with knowledge of network infrastructure, including SD-WAN, LAN, WLAN, VPN and Zero Trust technologies. You have experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and ARM/Bicep, along with an understanding of RESTful APIs and API development. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell or Bash is mandatory, as are familiarity with CI/CD pipeline and tools like GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
To be successful in this position you also have:
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
A background working with automation and network.
A relevant university degree in IT or equivalent experience gained from work.
Excellent English skills, verbally and in writing, while knowledge in Swedish is a plus.

Your mission
In this role, you coordinate and support a team of experienced process owners, specialists and super users, to ensure that our strategic business systems are governed to meet our business requirements – working in close cooperation with our business stakeholders in a global context. Ensure that relevant IT standards, policies and security requirements are followed, taking actions when needed.

Your profile
You have a degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field, and several years’ experience in relevant positions – where hands on experience with service ownership, delivery and incident management is key. You also have a good understanding of IT best practices, ITIL and IT change management processes. It’s advantageous with experience from an industry related to ours. Experience working with business requirements and release management in a global corporate environment is also necessary – as well as fluency in English.

Du producerar adaptrar med avseende på riktning, kulbombning, blästring och slipning. Rollen innebär både arbete i robotceller och truckhantering. Arbetet är för närvarande förlagt till 4-skift.
Om dig
Vi söker dig som har en avslutad gymnasieutbildning inom exempelvis automation eller robotstyrning, alternativt har du skaffat dig likvärdiga kunskaper genom tidigare arbete inom industri. Du har truckkort och erfarenhet av att jobba inom automation och med robotceller. Då vi arbetar lokalt i en global miljö är det viktigt att du kan både svenska och engelska.

Your mission

In this position, you work in a diverse and global team with patent managers, attorneys, engineers and other administrators, gaining insights into all aspects of the global IP administrative work. You ensure that administrative services within the field are provided in an accurate and timely manner, in accordance with business needs. You handle administration correspondence and documentation within Sandvik patent organization, towards R&D, other units in our organization, as well as externally towards patent agents and patent authorities in different countries. You also work with in-house patenting operations in Europe, USA, and India.
The job includes a broad range of paralegal and patent administration related tasks where you identify, handle and resolve various formality issues and matters, as well as other IP and legal related matters that may need attention. The tasks of your job are present throughout the whole patenting process, from invention disclosures, patent applications and granted patents world-wide. The role is focused on EP Administration work and hence requires strong knowledge and experience of working with EP filings and prosecution. You work independently and in collaboration with other patent professionals in our organization, as well as with external partners.
Your responsibilities include ensuring that each step in the patent process is registered and maintained in IP databases – reviewing, monitoring and attending deadlines on IP dockets, and maintaining high availability and accuracy of patent portfolio data. You act as the intermediary between external law firms and in-house patent attorneys and engineers, file patent applications and responses at patent offices and manage formal documents. You actively suggest and implement new or improved ways of working for the team.
The location for this position is preferably Sandviken, however, Västberga in Stockholm could also be an option. We offer you a hybrid work solution where you can spend some of your days working from home.
About you
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in accuracy and attention to details combined with paralegal or equivalent experience from IP or law. You have a strong understanding of patent administration and a background from working in an IP law firm, corporate IP department or national patent authority. Experience from filing and prosecution, communication, and payments in regard of EPO, WIPO, and other IP authorities, as well as skills in Office 365 applications and communication tools is needed. It is important that you are skilled and experienced in independently handling EP administration work, specifically EP filing and prosecution. We see it as a plus if your knowledge is backed by an education within IP paralegal space, or a degree in Law. We operate in an international environment which calls for excellent communication skills in English.

Do you want to put your administrative skills to use and make a positive impact on our world-leading metal powder operations? We’re now looking for a service-minded Customer Support Coordinator to join our team at the powder production unit in Sandviken.

With 160 years of material expertise and more than 45 years in powder atomization, Sandvik is a global leader in metal powder for advanced manufacturing technologies such as metal-injection molding (MIM) and additive manufacturing (AM). Our Quality and Logistics department, within the powder production unit in Sandviken, is responsible for delivering high-quality service while handling order-related activities in alignment with our customers’ demands and challenges.
About your job
In this role, which is based in Sandviken, you work in close collaboration with our production to find the best possible solutions and ensure excellent customer service. You take an active role in keeping our customer flow at ease by managing all order-related activities through our M3 system, and you’re our go-to-person regarding delivery issues.
You have a good understanding of our production, and you coordinate customer-related requests, logistics and all associated communication within our production unit. This includes following up on packing and delivery operations – making sure we have accurate documentation for transports – as well as handling complaints, inventory levels and payments on time. You’re also responsible for the unit’s customer specifications, contract reviews, customer requirements and internal product specifications.
About you
We’re looking for someone with a degree in technology or economics, combined with a few years of experience in the quality- and logistics sector and customer support area. Since this is a role where you need to collaborate and communicate internally with our production, as well as externally with other stakeholders, you need to have excellent language skills in both English and Swedish.
With attention to details, structure and a hands-on approach, you ensure quick solving of problems while always thinking one step ahead. Om jobbet
Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden inkluderar riktning, lödning, och reparation av HF-slingor samt noggrann kontroll av kylvattenkemin för att säkerställa optimala förhållanden för utrustningens funktion. Du är även ansvarig för att felsöka och åtgärda eventuella problem med HF-aggregat samt hantera kommunikationen med externa partners och leverantörer.

As this product is new to Core IT Services, the team needs to be defined and developed, and part of this mission is to initially identify the necessary roles and build a product team to fulfil the product mission.
Ecxept being a Product Owner, you also act as Service owner with a main responsibility to ensure that the services are developed, delivered, and continuously improved according to the stakeholders’ needs and expectations. You ensure that the service offerings are properly set up, described, and managed, and that they can be easily ordered and invoiced.
About the job
In this position, you work to enable Zero Touch Operations through Advanced Automation Solutions and your leadership is critical in fostering a culture of continuous improvements. You lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge automation solutions, champion the Zero Touch approach and oversee the design and implementation of streamlined processes aligned with the Zero Touch philosophy – reducing manual errors and downtime. Your role also includes providing expert guidance and support to product teams – enabling them to identify and implement Zero Touch solutions.
The location for this job is Sandviken or Stockholm and we apply a hybrid work set-up where you can combine office work with work from home or any other location.
About you
We’re looking for someone with deep understanding of automation solutions and their role in streamlining processes – enhancing efficiency and reduce manual errors and downtime. You have relevant leadership experience within technology-focused environments and demonstrated ability to develop and implement advanced automation solutions that empower teams and an expertise in guiding teams towards a Zero Touch approach and culture. Financial insight is also required containing budgeting, cost management and financial impact evaluation. Proficient understanding of agile methodologies, frameworks and practices is needed, as well as demonstrated people and change management skills – adhering to servant leadership principles. As we’re a global organization, you need to be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Apart from considering your background, we also place great importance on your personality. You’re structured in your work, know how to prioritize and you have proven experience in strategic leadership – translating vision into actionable plans and objectives. To facilitate open communication and productive collaboration, you need excellent skills in stakeholder management.

Your mission
In this position, you’re responsible for the end-to-end Global Incident Management within the entire Sandvik Group – ensuring the right resources and coordinating solutions for larger issues that may impact all parts of our business. Within the Global Incident Management team, we’re also responsible to manage high prioritized Cyber Security Incidents.
You make sure incidents are resolved according to Service Level Agreements, and you host and coordinate meetings with both internal and external resolver groups. By providing a strong leadership and direction during the full resolution cycle, and by communicating with relevant parties, you and your team produce action plans to remedy any potential SLO (Service Level Objectives) breach. Report, follow up and hand over to other teams for further investigation are other important items on your agenda. Additionally, you make sure that relevant stakeholders receive accurate and updated information, and you’re also responsible for ensuring compliance in our incident processes and following the violation governance.
Your character
We’re looking for a senior IT professional with broad knowledge of Incident Management in global settings. You have a relevant degree within IT or Computer Science and good knowledge of ITIL V4 and other similar processes. It’s beneficial to have a background within IT project management, problem management or have a ITIL V4 Expert certification. Since we operate in a global environment, you’re able to communicate fluently in English, while knowing Swedish is a plus.
You’re socially skilled and enjoy working in shifting settings, having a drive for technological development. You show great stakeholder management and with excellent communication skills you’re able to easily interact with people and build relations based on trust. You’re innovative and able to see the big picture and at the same time focus on details when required, as well as engage your team and lead the way with your visionary and can-do-attitude. Your mission
In this position, you plan, direct, and monitor all production activities within your unit to maximize the use of resources and meet established production specifications and schedules. You lead a team of flow managers and also have a direct reporting technology and planning manager as well as an Operational Excellence developer. Develop and implement manufacturing schedules and procedures through a team of production planners.
Allocate labor and capital resources to maximize productivity.
Analyze, understand and improve quality performance in cooperation with the Quality department.
Liaise with Product Line managers to understand their product needs.
Develop plans, cost estimates, and schedules for integrating product needs into existing manufacturing activities.
Liaise with the maintenance department to effectively plan, prioritize, and manage production line maintenance and downtime to minimize disruptions to manufacturing schedules.
Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of first line managers who are responsible for various production activities such as turning, milling, drilling, button pressing, shot peening, grinding and packaging.

The location for this position is in Sandviken.
Your character
We’re looking for an experienced manager, preferably with experience in production – a confident leader who can identify improvements in processes and structures. It’s beneficial to have a degree within engineering, previous experience of leading other leaders, as well as knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma.
