Om dig

Mastercam Sweden seeks a Sales Engineer located who is responsible for driving sales within the territory.
Your Role at a Glance
The Sales Engineer is responsible for driving sales within the territory for Mastercam Sweden. Specifically, the successful incumbent will proactively call upon, develop, and cultivate sales leads, transitioning these opportunities into sales for the company. This position will answer customer queries, and inquiries, providing timely and appropriate Mastercam commercial solutions aimed at exceeding customer needs and enhancing the overall Mastercam relationship. The Sales Engineer will provide Sales Engineering support for Mastercam products; pro-actively interfacing and collaborating with sub-resellers, partners, and customers to solve their manufacturing needs. Work with the technical team to research and offer technical solutions to solve technical questions / issues presented.
Manage customer experience through activation of new orders
Ensure proactive communication around cost, timing, quality, and customer needs
Ensure that the Salesforce CRM is kept updated with accurate customer contact details.

Sales Strategy, Market Development & Forecasting
Actively build an understanding of the market potential for the region / territory to implement the proper strategy(ies) to achieve established sales targets for said region / territory.
Provide monthly and quarterly forecasting for the region / territory,
Track and report prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline activity activities (i.e., cold calls, lead generation, pipeline activity) as well as business currently in the pipeline (proposal stage, negotiation stage, presentation stage, etc.) for the region / territory.

Brand Representation & Additional Responsibilities
Attend trade shows, machine tool dealer events, media events, and / or technical partner events which serve to enhance the Mastercam name and benefit the overall brand.
Maintain a current understanding of the CAD/CAM market, the technology therein, as well as current competition and / or emerging threats / opportunities, with a keen focus on the impact of said items on the region / territory.
Travel up to 50% as required
Perform other duties as assigned

The Talents We’re Seeking
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Engineering discipline required; or equivalent proven, consultative, technical sales experience for customers within the Sweden CAD/CAM industry.

Experience
Membership of a professional sales / engineering body preferably with chartered status an advantage
3-5 years of successful, progressive and demonstrable sales achievement within a technical sales position.
Proven expert experience qualifying, quoting and managing the technical sales cycle; experience with technical software (e.g. Multi-axis, Productivity+, Mill-turn, etc.) an advantage.
Demonstrable experience assessing, developing, and solutioning technical proposals and solutions designed to address the customer’s CAD/CAM challenges.

Other Skills & Expectations
Possess a general knowledge of all types of CNC manufacturing processes.
Pro-active analytical person, critical thinker, and initiative-taking Sales Engineer with the ability to deliver sales proposals, contracts, or technical solutions.
Demonstrable ability to work under self-direction, coupled with the ability to prioritize, in the delivery of objectives, tasks or agreed upon deliverables.
Proven time management skills and a history of success working in a team environment supporting others.
Above average communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide accurate and timely information in a succinct and easy to understand manner.

The Applications Engineer is responsible for application engineering support within the region/country for Mastercam Sweden. Customer Support & Technical Assistance

Training & Education

About the job
In this role, you provide technical expertise and support to ensure the optimal use and performance of rotary drilling tools across diverse applications. You supervise tool usage, analyze performance data, and drive operational improvements that enhance productivity and reduce downtime. You collaborate cross?functionally with R&D and commercial teams while promoting the highest safety standards in all drilling operations.
What you’ll do
Provide troubleshooting support and technical guidance in rotary drilling operations.
Facilitate training sessions for operators, customers, and internal teams.
Collect, analyze, and interpret drilling performance data to identify opportunities.
Share insights with R&D to support product improvements and innovation.
Support commercial activities with technical recommendations and customer consultations.
Maintain documentation related to operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Location
This position is based on-site in Sandviken, Sweden, although South Africa and Zambia may also be options. Regular travel to customer sites is part of the role.
Your profile
You have hands?on experience in mining and drilling applications, and you’re confident working with the operation and maintenance of drilling tools. You’re able to provide consultation, make recommendations, and support product development in collaboration with the commercial team. A degree in Mining Engineering or experience in a related technical field is beneficial. You’re fluent in English and you hold a valid Class B driver’s license.
You’re a natural communicator who easily connects with both customers and colleagues. You take initiative, stay curious, and enjoy solving problems in the field. You work in a structured way, share technical insights, and are confident in leading training or discussions. As a Divisional Process Owner Master Data, you will play a key role in driving Master Data quality, governance, and process improvements across our entities globally.

Your mission
Drive the implementation of Master Data initiatives across the division. Roll them out across the organization and monitor their compliance on an ongoing basis.
Perform data quality checks and audits to identify and resolve data inconsistencies or errors.
Ensure and improve data integrity and consistency across all systems in alignment with our Business Area Master Data principles.
Communicate with the various stakeholders globally on the principles of Master Data and its Governance. Coordinate with the regional teams to ensure alignment with global principles and standards.
Be the operational voice of the division, within the global process team to implement data management best practices and tools. Within that team, develop and implement shared, common and distinct standards and processes for Master Data management.
Support data integration and system migration projects related to Master Data.
Generate reports and provide insights on data quality, trends and improvement opportunities to management.

Your profile
A university degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, IT or related field.
Proven experience in rolling out processes and procedures effectively as well as working in international environments.
Profound ability to translate business needs into system and data requirements.
Strong understanding of data governance principles and business analytics.
Structured mind-set with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to drive transparency.
Strong analytical and critical thinking, attention to detail.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and to explain complex scenarios in an easy way.
IT affinity and experience with SAP MDG and/or Navision Business Central is beneficial.
Willingness to learn new systems.
Prior experience with data analysis tools and database management systems. Knowledge of PowerBI and PowerApps is a plus.

Your mission

Om jobbet
I den här rollen ansvarar och utför du planerat underhåll för både små och stora reparationer av NC-styrda verktygsmaskiner och annan produktionsutrustning. Du deltar i planeringsarbetet för större underhållsinsatser, reviderar ritningsunderlag och är en nyckelperson i förbättringsgrupper och projekt. Att ta in och granska offerter är en del av ditt arbete, likaså är att bevaka leveranser och medverka vid konstruktions- och omkonstruktionsarbeten. Du arbetar även med analyser och felsökningar vid nyinvesteringar och är ett tekniskt stöd för underhållsavdelningen. Tillsammans med teamet driver du förbättringar inom konstruktion, installation och idrifttagning – med målet att allt underhåll ska vara så planerat som möjligt.
Din profil
Vi söker dig som har en gymnasieutbildning med inriktning mot mekaniskt underhåll eller motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet. Du har goda kunskaper inom hydraulik, pneumatik, lagerhantering, mekanik och ritningsläsning. Det är meriterande om du har arbetat inom tillverkande industri, med CNC-styrda maskiner eller har flera års erfarenhet av mekaniskt underhåll. Du behärskar både svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.
Du tar initiativ till din egen utveckling och delar gärna med dig av din kunskap. Du är nyfiken, analytisk och har ett proaktivt arbetssätt som hjälper dig att förebygga problem innan de uppstår. About your job
In this position, you identify, develop and utilize experimental and numerical methods within Down-The-Hole (DTH) rock drilling applications, which is an important factor for us to stay successful in our product development. You use FEM simulations – such as stress wave analysis, non-linear dynamic analysis, fatigue and structural optimization. By supporting our design engineers, you help to solve complex problems within and related to impact dynamics and in detailed design challenges.
We operate in a complex setting with many interfaces, where strong collaboration is central, and you collaborate with our product facility on the premises to improve many of our production processes. For us, this means sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, inspiring others and showing true team spirit. You make sure to keep all our stakeholders in the loop, and not to forget, close interactions with both local and global R&D teams.
The location for this position is Sandviken and some planned travel may occur.
Your profile
We're looking for someone with a M.Sc. or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Physics or another similar area. You have several years of industry experience where you preferably worked with numerical methods such as FEM or CFD, and you can easily adapt and focus between short- and long-term activities. You have an enthusiastic attitude to search novel solutions and new methods, as well as the patience to focus on details when needed while promoting long-term knowledge evolution. It’s advantageous with knowledge of rock drilling applications. Acting in our global environment, you also need to communicate fluently in English, while knowledge of Swedish is beneficial.
You have a curious and analytical mind, and you thrive when you get to solve a proper problem by trying out different solutions – aiming for the highest quality and the best end result. We value your good cooperation, presentation, networking and hands on problem-solving skills. About your job

I denna roll stöttar du hela vårt bolag att processa kund- och leverantörsreskontra, hantera ingående och utgående betalningar samt ge relaterad support. Du registrerar leverantörsfakturor, skickar dem vidare i vår process, följer upp, matchar och betalar dem. Då vi hanterar stora volymer ser du till att flödena fungerar smidigt och agerar snabbt vid eventuella stopp. Du har även en viktig roll i bokslutsprocessen, där noggrannhet och leverans i tid är avgörande. Rollen innebär mycket eget ansvar då du planerar och prioriterar uppgifter självständigt – självklart alltid med teamet som stöd.

Om dig

About your job
In this position, you play a pivotal role in designing, implementing and governing Microsoft Fabric platform solutions. About you
We’re looking for someone with experience working with both IT and business users where you’ve translated business requirements into cohesive data solutions. To be successful in this role, we also believe that you understand data security and information governance guidance, as well as a solid understanding of Python programming.
Experience in the following is also a requirement:
Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and governing Microsoft Fabric solutions.

Som metodutvecklingsingenjör genererar du idéer och ansvarar för genomförande av förstudier och uppdrag inom nyckelområden som produktionsteknik, materialhanteringsteknik och datahantering. About your job

Your mission
In this position, you support our global operations in daily tasks and guide them in the right direction in matters related to the Logility system. To improve both customer and user experience, you develop processes, provide user and system support, as well as develop internal processes and documentation.
As we're shifting towards a more digital and process-oriented organization with the ambition to improve our customer experience, you act as the interpreter between the business and the technology world – explaining and raising awareness within the organization on how to best utilize Voyager and its processes.
On a tactical level, you support the realization of our global strategy by ensuring the establishment of relevant business reports, KPI's and analytics based on data. Your profile
We’re looking for a professional with a background in a relevant role within supply chain, demand planning, or supply planning. You come with a profound understanding of how IT can enable supply chain and what drives its overall performance. Experience with Voyager, SAP or similar platforms and ERP systems is a plus. When it comes to education, you have a degree in Industrial Economics or similar, or equivalent experience gained from a working career. As we work in a global environment, you need proficiency in English, while knowledge of Swedish is a plus.

About your job
In this position, you’re part of a small, yet global, team of product specialists in different given areas. You work with our rotary and down-the-hole drill strings product account, taking responsibility for the current product engineering, new product development and research technology development projects. About your job
In this position, you’re responsible for leading the planning and development of product and service offerings. This includes continually facilitating prioritization of the backlog, drive design, development and transition of changes into operations – ensuring that objectives and stakeholder expectations are met. You also capture needs and ideas for product improvements, automate and refine delivery flow and bolster product capabilities by applying effective and common practices in compliance with guardrails during planning and development. You work quite independently and have a lot of communication with stakeholders from our different business areas.
Your base is either in Sandviken or Stockholm. We embrace a hybrid work model where you can combine office work with remote work. Regular travel to Sandviken is required if you’re stationed in Stockholm, as your management team and some team members are based there.
About you
We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of successful project-, supplier-, and stakeholder management within a technology-driven environment. You’re familiar with agile work fundamentals, frameworks, methods and practices and have experience of managing and improving delivery flows, translating business requirements into technical requirements. Experience from working with Microsoft Power platform, Power BI or Fabric, Dynamics 365 and Viva or related technologies is a must. Knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL as well as experience with continuous improvement practices is a plus. We consider an understanding about our products and scrum master knowledge as beneficial. We believe that your knowledge is backed by a relevant university degree or equivalent knowledge gained from work. Acting in a global environment calls for excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of Swedish is a plus.

A background in project management or a related certification is also good to have. Acting in a global environment means you need excellent English skills, verbally and in writing. Knowledge in Swedish is a plus.

Your mission
You interact with our sales teams in Europe, Central Asia, West Africa and the Middle East to drive the sales and operations planning processes – enabling us to carry out production plans and manage relevant stock levels at warehouses around the region. You spot trends and explore data in a state-of-the-art planning tool, and you manage the performance by following your main KPIs such as fill rate, forecast accuracy, forecast bias, warehouse inventory levels and net working capital.
Furthermore, you actively drive and implement development activities in our region, and you initiate new ways of working with systems, processes and documentation. Collaboration is key to our success, and you’re an important speaking partner and sounding board to our global Supply Chain Development team, our sales organization and other relevant stakeholders.
The location for this position is Sandviken, Sweden. Some international and domestic travel is a natural part of the job.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Industrial Economy, or equivalent experience gained from a working career. A plus for us is if you have a few years’ experience of working within this area, specifically with S&OP;, Demand Planning and Forecasting process. Knowledge of using MS Office and Excel in forecast and product planning is a must and if you have additional skills in Logility Voyager Planning system or other planning tools it’s beneficial. Any knowledge or experience of working with ERP systems is also positive, SAP is an advantage. As we’re a truly global organization, you need to be fluent in English, while Swedish is a plus.

Som packare och lagerarbetare varierar du mellan lagerarbete och administrativa uppgifter. Du säkerställer att rätt leverans når fram till rätt kund. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter innefattar inlagring, manuell packning, framplockning och lastning av material med truck och travers, samt hantering och skapande av korrekt leveransdokumentation i affärssystemet. Tunga lyft kan förekomma.
Du är placerad i Sandviken och rapporterar till lagerchefen. Arbetstiden är skiftform och kan inkludera alla typer av skift.
Om dig
Vi söker dig som har en relevant gymnasieutbildning och tidigare arbetslivserfarenhet från lagerverksamhet. Du har traverskort och vi ser gärna att du har god erfarenhet från produktionsmiljö och lagerhanteringssystem. Det är fördelaktigt om du har tidigare erfarenhet av Office 365, SAP och Lean.
