The scope of this role is application and operation as well as certificate management for the Business Areas that have ordered the service. An expectation is that you execute on the plan to transfer the Solution Specialists to a managed service from our TechHub. Another important area is together with Order & Invoice team to enhance and simplify the on-boarding of new applications.
Except being a Product Owner, you also act as Service owner with a main responsibility to ensure that the services are developed, delivered, and continuously improved according to the stakeholders' needs and expectations. The scope for this role is application and operations and certificate management for the Business Areas that have ordered the service. You make sure that the service offerings are properly set up, described, and managed, and that they can be easily ordered and invoiced.

About you

Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions division Rock Tools i Sandviken tillverkar rullborrkronor och cuttrar till gruvindustrin. I varje produkt så ingår många olika detaljer.
Vi vill ha spårbarhet på våra produkter och dokumenterar därför våra olika ingående detaljer.
Det är många moment som ingår när vi monterar våra produkter och alla dessa moment är kritiska för våran kvalitet. Om kvalitetsavvikelser uppstår dokumenteras detta via en avvikelserapport som sedan skickas till kvalitetsavdelningen.
Målet med detta uppdrag är att genom digitalisering förenkla vardagen för våra montörer.
Det ska vara lätt att göra rätt.
Arbetsbeskrivning
Du kommer att börja med att sätta dig in i hur vi arbetar idag för att skapa förståelse för vilka moment som behöver ingå i det ”nya arbetssättet”. När nulägesanalysen är klar så får du sedan kolla på olika alternativ på att förenkla arbetet för våra montörer genom t ex tillgång till instruktioner, rapportering kvalitetsavvikelse, säkerställa kvaliteten på våra produkter osv.

Vi söker dig som studerar en relevant utbildning för uppdraget. Du har goda kunskaper och intresse för förbättringsarbete och digitalisering. Du är en lagspelare med ett eget driv och kan jobba självständigt. Då vi jobbar i Sverige men tillhör en global koncern är det viktigt att du har goda kunskaper både inom svenska och engelska.

About the job
In this position, you enable, facilitate and drive agile and controlled business change to maximize value from information technology. You ensure that the architecture and IT landscape is aligned to the business objectives and development plans, and you make sure that the enterprise architecture and IT strategy is communicated, understood, used and followed within projects.
By setting directions, you develop roadmaps and drive changes to mandatory and common business and IT capabilities. You develop and maintain short and long-term target architecture and transition plans. To understand business strategy, pain points, objectives and needs, you have strategic business dialogs with senior management, and you provide the stakeholders and projects with architectural guidance. You ensure that IT solutions are fit for our current and future business, and you to create a culture of innovation within the technology team to add business value, reduce complexity, and drive competitive advantage.
Your responsibility includes:
Leading the Solution architects in Group Function IT, in the areas of Business architecture, Information architecture, Solutions architecture, Technical architecture and Security architecture.
Leading the Data Management Forum with representatives from group Functions to ensure alignment and enablement of Sandvik common information
Leading the work to enable Sandvik common information through integration technologies and analytical capabilities
Leading Cloud transformation within Group Functions
Participating in architectural related collaboration across Sandvik
Providing expertise and counseling in forums
Maintaining an understanding of business requirements within Group Functions
Managing Enterprise Architecture master data, methods and templates



You report to CIO Group Functions and you’re a member of Group Function IT Management team. The location of this job is in either Sandviken or in our new facilities at Gasverket in Stockholm. As your colleagues and our partners are spread across different locations, some travel is included.
About you
We’re looking for someone who holds a degree in IT or has gained equivalent knowledge through work experience. You’re strategic, have strong analytical skills and you have an execution mindset of getting things from idea to action. Your genuine interest and deep understanding of existing, new and emerging technologies make you successful in this role. You feel comfortable working in and with large companies in an international setting, and as we act on a global scene, fluency in verbal and written English is a requirement.

Your mission
In this position, you're responsible for designing, maintaining, and improving our Identity and Access Management services, as well as developing our products to a new level to successfully fit our service strategy. By identifying our customers' needs, you define solutions, processes, and competencies to focus on. You work with the other architects to plan for the future by forming technical roadmaps, life-cycle management for the service, and setting our future service strategy. You utilize a proactive mindset and business drive to ensure that the IAM services align with our customer requirements and that they align with our overall architectural framework, IT principles, and policies. You're an essential link between our stakeholders as well as an active member of our architect community. Working closely with your manager and the service architect, you ensure success in every area related to our work.
Your character
We're looking for an IT professional with a degree in Computer Science or equivalent field. You're an experienced Solution Architect with knowledge in Identity & Access Management and Identity Governance domain.
You're also skilled in:
NetIQ Identity Manager
Identity Governance platform or other similar products
Azure AD.

And it's beneficial if you also have knowledge in:
Active Directory

REST
SOAP is beneficial

Our partner Verama, need for a resource to support with structuring our Workday knowledge base. In the knowledgebase we store all information related how to operate in our Workday system. Our WiKi site have around 8-10.000 visits every month. We are currently using a sharepoint WiKi solution and it has grown over the years to become rather extensive. We lack a bit of structure and commonalities between process areas and documents. We have several persons updating the documentation from their best ability but we need a way of working and guidelines. What type of documentation is needed for our readers, detail level, training material and/or information etc. This person need to have enough skills in Workday to be able to edit content and make the different documents consistent in terms of structure, language, content. There are also instruction movies to be recorded and we are also open to e.g eLearnings and other good input. The person must be fluent in English.
Since Workday is the system we are using we need someone with knowledge within Workday but more importantly someone who really knows how to structure the documentation around how to operate in the system. Also important to have good knowledge in Sharepoint or at least be familiar with it and learn the missing pieces.
We believe we need a resource full time, or at least close to, for 3 months. Start date to be discussed but sooner rather than later. Visa mindre
