Your mission
As Enterprise Architect, you take a leading role in modernizing our technology landscape. You define and guide target architectures, principles and guardrails that enable the organization to adopt modular, cloud?native, API- and event?driven patterns where appropriate. You also evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML, IoT, modern data and automation platforms) and assess their architectural fit, opportunities, and risks for enterprise?wide adoption.
Working closely with senior leaders, architects and product teams, you shape and execute technology roadmaps, ensuring initiatives align with business needs and target architecture throughout the lifecycle (from idea to implementation readiness). You also lead assessments of tools, platforms and frameworks to determine suitability for enterprise?level use. By setting standards, guiding architectural decisions and providing architectural guidance to teams, you ensure consistent application of enterprise standards, patterns and best practices.
Key responsibilities include:
Defining target architectures and architectural patterns that drive adaptability, speed and cost efficiency, and ensuring that solution designs align with business needs and enterprise direction.
Defining and enforcing technology standards and architectural direction.

Location
This position is based in Stockholm or Sandviken, reporting to the Head of Enterprise Architecture. You work in an international hybrid environment with your immediate team located in Sweden.
Your profile
You combine extensive leadership experience with deep, hands?on expertise in modern enterprise architecture. You’ve successfully driven large?scale modernization programs and worked with distributed systems, microservices, and containerized applications. You’re confident in setting standards, making architectural decisions, and mentoring teams. Experience leading technology roadmaps, piloting new tools and bringing innovations into production is essential, along with strong communication and a collaborative mindset.
Experience with leading technology platforms, agile ways of working and modern deployment, information management, integration and automation tools is an advantage. Your profile
You have extensive experience in senior roles, demonstrating a proven ability to deliver results in complex environments. Your mission
This role centers on building and leading the Integration Center of Enablement to maximize impact across domains. Acting as the authority on integration strategy, the position ensures alignment with stakeholders and sets clear expectations. Background and scope of the project
Accurate machining time estimation is essential for planning, cost control, and production efficiency. Traditional time study methods are often manual, slow, and not detailed enough. Existing solutions provide partial support but frequently lack flexibility and standardization.
To address these issues, this thesis investigates the requirements for more accurate and efficient time study calculations. This includes gathering end-user input, analyzing current practices and existing solutions, and identifying their shortcomings. A prototype based on the proposed solution will be developed to validate the findings.
The scope of the project is limited to defining and testing algorithms for selected operation types, developing a prototype to demonstrate their feasibility, and summarizing findings, challenges, and recommended solution directions. The results will be presented in both written and oral form.
Purpose
The purpose is to investigate and develop analytical and AI-supported methods for improving the accuracy and efficiency of machining time estimation in manufacturing. The thesis aims to define the necessary data requirements, design appropriate algorithms, and create a prototype to validate the proposed approach.
Work description
Pre-study including information gathering, method selection and plan of the thesis work.
Get insights into process planning.
Get insights into existing time study calculations in various applications and work practices.
Analyze existing solutions related to process planning in the markets and their limitations.
Collect end-user requirements.
Investigate how AI can enhance machining time estimation.
Define requirements on data to be managed and data model.
Define necessary algorithms to calculate time study for different operation types (limited scope – Milling/Turning/Drilling)
Create a prototype to validate the algorithm.
Conclude findings, challenges, and suggested solutions.
Written report and oral presentation.

Student background
Master studies in Mechanical/Production/Computer engineering, or similar.
Good skills and interest in process and operation planning.
Skills and interest in information modeling, AI and programming.
Insights into the metal cutting industry and processes are beneficial.
Excellent communication skills in English and/or Swedish.

Your mission
In this role, you own the offer strategy and portfolio for our solution business and make sure it delivers business results and customer value. This means setting a clear direction, building strong partnerships, and ensuring flawless execution across the organization. You lead the development of modular and scalable solution offerings that combine hardware, software, services, know-how and commercial models. You make sure they scale successfully across markets and customer segments.
Your work includes:
Driving the shift from product-centric to solution-based offer and value creation, ensuring alignment across Product & Solution Management, Sales, R&D, Operations and Marketing & Communications.
Developing and evolving our solution portfolio and new business models such as Pay Per Part while securing growth and profitability.
Leading application development and prioritizing strategic focus areas based on industry trends and customer needs.
Building and developing a high-performing global team focused on solutions and applications.
Representing the solution business in internal and external forums and contributing to strategic decision-making at the highest level.

This is a role where you combine strategic thinking with operational execution, ensuring that our solutions deliver real value for customers and sustainable growth for Sandvik Coromant.
You report to the Vice President of Product & Solution Management and is part of the Product and Solution Management team. The location for this position is flexible. The ability to travel internationally is required.
Your profile
You bring a strong strategic and commercial mindset, combined with an extensive background of leading business transformation in industrial B2B environments. Deep knowledge of solution selling, lifecycle management, and application development is essential, and familiarity with digital technologies, automation, and solution-based models is a strong advantage. A proven ability to lead global teams and manage complex stakeholder landscapes is essential. A degree in business, engineering, or other related field is required, and an advanced degree is a plus.
Success in this role calls for a customer-centric visionary leader who inspires trust and engagement. You communicate with impact, build strong relationships across functions and cultures, and thrive in a fast-paced, global environment. We’re looking for someone with proven experience in leading content and marketing channel strategy at a managerial or executive level. Your mission
As Head of Services and Solutions Sales, you take the lead in developing and executing strategies that increase sales of our service and solution offers, including tool management and performance-based models. You work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and long-term value creation.
Your work spans the full sales cycle – from identifying new customers and presenting offers to negotiating pricing models and managing installations. You also monitor ongoing performance, ensuring customer value creation and identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.

Driving sales of tool management services and advanced models such as pay-per-part.
Managing hardware and software installation projects and ensuring timely delivery.
Supporting production optimization and monitoring for performance-based agreements.

The position reports to the Vice President of Global Sales. Location is flexible, and international travel is part of the role.
Your profile
You have a strong background in industrial B2B sales management and a solid understanding of the metal-cutting tool market, including customer requirements and competitor dynamics. Experience selling service-based offers or similar solutions is essential, along with knowledge of modern sales processes, CRM systems, and pipeline management. Your experience is backed by a university degree in a relevant field.
To succeed, you combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. You’re comfortable negotiating with customers, managing complex projects, and leading change in a global context. Strong communication and influencing skills are key, as is the ability to work across cultures and functions. Experience in digital transformation and industrial innovation is a strong advantage.

Vem du är

Your mission
In this position, you contribute to the implementation and development of our internal control processes, taking a strategic point of view. You provide expert guidance, advice, and support to our global entities on IC matters as well as audits—ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and strong governance. Included in your job is to:
Perform general planning, monitoring, reporting and testing activities in compliance with Global and Coromant Internal control framework, RACM (Risk and Control Matrix).

Identify key risks, apply priorities and consider materiality given the nature of our business and relevant standards and regulations.

The location for this role is flexible within Europe, but preferably in Stockholm or Sandviken, and we apply a hybrid setup where you can combine office and remote work.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a degree in finance, business administration, accounting or a similar field, combined with several years of relevant business experience within a global organization. You have a solid background in internal control, audit, or risk management, and are well-versed in business processes related to sales, supply, HR, production/IM, governance and finance, as well as compliance frameworks such as IFRS. Experience with supply chain and sales processes is highly valued, as is a strong understanding of governance/compliance and risk. You’re proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with SAP is considered a plus. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Swedish is a strong advantage.
Being structured, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with strong analytical and critical thinking skills, are traits that define you. Your communication skills are excellent, and you thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment where you can engage with stakeholders at all levels. Your mission

Your mission
You’re responsible for designing, developing and maintaining data warehouse solutions using SAP technologies. You create data models that define the structure of the data warehouse, ensuring that it’s organized and stored efficiently.
Your main responsibility include:
Develop ETL processes to extract data from various sources, transform it into a suitable format and load it into the data warehouse.
Integrate data from different sources, ensuring that it’s consistent and accurate.
Optimize the performance of the data warehouse by tuning queries, indexing and managing data storage.

Your mission

About your job
In this position, your main responsibility is to secure supply from external suppliers based on company demand. You work with order and capacity management, supplier development and logistics. Moreover, you ensure alignment with category strategies and support preparations of sourcing projects and cases. You play a significant part in establishing relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers, as well as contributing and assisting in negotiations and implementation of contracts. Arbetsuppgifter
I den här rollen bidrar du med din expertis avseende metoder, verktyg, produktion- och applikationsteknik för skärande bearbetning som svarvning, fräsning, borrning, gängning och CAM/Digital. Din profil
Vi letar efter någon med gedigen erfarenhet från att arbeta med teknisk service eller i en roll som säljledare. Du är en bra projektledare och är tekniskt kunnig inom skärande bearbetning. Ett plus är också om du har erfarenhet av att leda andra människor. Your mission
In this position, your mission is to provide us with important insights, accurate information, and fact-based reports to support decision-making when it comes to demand, inventory, and supply planning. Performing investigations and studies, you drive different development activities and projects that support us in creating a leaner and more efficient global supply chain. By catching market Demand, monitoring, and optimizing global stock in our distribution center network, you ensure a best-in-class supply chain of our products and are a key player in delivering plans and scenarios for short and mid-term time horizons.

You further know how to handle different scenarios and changes within a supply chain – especially regarding lead time, EOQ and safety stock. Vi är både en stöttande supportorganisation till produktutvecklingen och driver egna projekt. Vi söker nu en utvecklingsingenjör för provningsteknik och arbetsmaterial till Sandviken.
Tjänsten innebär stora möjligheter att utveckla verksamheten och delta i R&D-projekt samt vara delaktig i strategiarbete för provning och hållfasthet/material. Avdelningen med åtta medarbetare stöttar och hjälper varandra i arbetet.


Arbetsuppgifter
Som utvecklingsingenjör arbetar du med internsupport för material mot produktutvecklarna samt driver projekt eller deltar i projekt inom material- och provningsteknik/metoder för verifiering av nya produkter och applikationer. Du bidrar med kunskap och erfarenhet av utveckling och handhavande av tekniker, metoder och utrustning inom både områdena arbetsmaterial och provningsteknik. Tyngdpunkten ligger på R&D i Sandviken, men du stöttar även R&D globalt vid behov med testning och verifiering av nya produkter och applikationer. Vidare genomför du omvärldsbevakning för att säkerställa kunskap om nya material, metoder och tekniker i branschen.


Din profil
Vi söker dig med en civilingenjörs- eller högskoleingenjörsutbildning inom materialvetenskap och gärna några års erfarenhet av forskning och utvecklingsarbete inom material och provningsteknik. About the job
In this role, you develop and execute comprehensive strategies that drive awareness, generate demand, and ultimately lead to the acquisition of customers. You conduct market research to identify target customer segments and develop a comprehensive GTM strategy that focuses on the Total Offer perspective as well as standalone actions. You define KPIs and track relevant metrics to measure the success of said GTM strategy. In order to expand our reach and maximize sales opportunities, you build and manage relationships with channel partners, distributors, resellers, and strategic alliances.
Cross-functional collaboration is a significant part of your job, and you collaborate with a significant number of stakeholders. Here’s a few examples:
Product management, sales and marketing – to define the product positioning, value proposition and messaging
Customers – in order to get feedback, analyze market trends, and monitoring customer satisfaction

Purpose and responsibilities as Product Application Developer
Your main purposes are to identify application, feature and method knowledge gaps. In addition to this, you lead, contribute as well as support application, knowledge and customer development projects.
Furthermore, your detailed responsibilities are to:
Develop and share application, feature and method expertise
Analyze customer needs and problems
Lead application development projects and external partner collaboration projects
Develop and verify solutions on customer components and customer projects
Document and hand-over of developed solutions and knowledge
Support customer visits and technical trainings
Support external partnerships such as PhD student works and technology center projects
Provide sales with technical support
Monitor the technology development within area of expertise (internal and external best practice application, feature, and method knowledge)



What we need from you
You have a solid expertise in Rotating Indexable Products and applications, and you have solid skills & experience in CAM software both as a user, but also as a knowledge facilitator of CAM. You have a strong experience from working towards the automotive industry and are well understood with the daily challenges and customer needs within that industry. Our corporate language is English.
You’re a natural team player as well as networker, and with your affinity for effective communication, you like to share your own acquired knowledge with your colleagues. Profile
We’re looking for a business-driven professional who has a sound technical knowledge with strong experience in CAM software like Mastercam and/or NX. Preferably have strong experience of the metal cutting industry, project management and knowledge of indexable rotating tools applications or development is desired (10-15 years of experience).
A strategic mind, strong communication skills and the ability to make things happen are much needed for this job. About the job
You take the global responsibility for orchestrating change and driving strategy implementation in all our Sales Areas and Sales Operation organization – connecting with, coaching, and supporting our organization and key stakeholders at all levels. You’re an important member of our Global Sales and Marketing Management team and have a large stake in managing adherence to our company and sales strategies.
If we dig more into detail, this includes:
Training, coaching and challenging the Sales Areas’ General Managers as well as our Global Sales Operation Organization and their management teams during the implementation of change plans.
Taking accountability for the overall results of the program – implementing assessments and evaluations, tools, process reviews and system development.
Driving the development and implementation of the change program in all Sales Areas and teams within Global Sales and Marketing.
Leading the team designing the infrastructure and roll out plan for the program on a frontline level.
Managing cross-functional initiatives related to strategy implementation.
Ensuring reporting and maintaining active communication – including tracking and following up progress of activities and results with key stakeholders

The location for this position is flexible globally, with a preference for Europe. It includes significant travel – expect more than 100 travel days annually. You report directly to the Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing at Sandvik Coromant.


About you
We’re looking for someone with a background in sales and significant managerial experience, driving operational improvements and change management. You’re an engaging and motivating project manager, your background includes experience of Lean implementations and profit and loss responsibility. You have a relevant university degree, or the equivalent knowledge gained from a working career. As we work in an international setting, good written and verbal English skills is needed, while additional language skills are meritorious.
As an experienced and confident leader, you’re good at coaching and supporting people, as well as facilitating discussions and working things through. You’re curious, entrepreneurial and outgoing, and at the same time very strategic, organized and analytical. By combining these skills with a strong personal drive, you ensure success in our function. You’re taking part in a dedicated infrastructure team that supports our SAP platform by ensuring high availability, stability and excellent performance. We’re responsible for infrastructure components and virtual servers running in a hybrid cloud environment. About you

The Design Inserts department is part of the R&D function responsible for inventing and developing new and existing market leading products within metal cutting. Our team is now expanding, which is why we are looking for an Insert Design Engineer to join us!


Your mission
In this position, your main focus is to contribute to product development projects for both our new and existing products for metal cutting. Our team is responsible for turning, milling, and drilling products and we play a vital part in delivering according to our customer’s needs. Another important area is to build knowledge as a base for our future products and secure the quality of our existing portfolio.
In these projects, you collaborate in multi-functional project teams in order to succeed and meet set targets. You contribute with your experience and skills in producing CAD models and drawings for our product concepts, where you provide rules and data to enable automation of the manufacturing process. You are also an important partner to/for the production to ensure we deliver products that meet the specification. You will have the possibility to develop within this role, both through internal and external courses as well as on-the-job-training. Possible directions for your development could be automation or product application.
This position is based in Sandviken, and some international travel is required.


Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a relevant engineering degree such as Mechanical Engineering. Your experience includes working with CAD and product development or production technology. Knowledge of metal cutting, insert design and design automation is to your advantage. Experience using NX, Team center and YAPP is also beneficial. As we act in a global environment you need excellent communication skills in English.
Your personal qualities are important to us. You are motivated and work independently with your assignments, while also being a dedicated participant in teamwork. Your curiosity and creativity are keys in our development of new products and securing product industrialization, and you enjoy taking on new challenges.
