Responsibilities
As an IT Coordinator for Group IT HR, you have an essential role in serving as the focal point in an environment with many actors and stakeholders where your responsibility is to lead, plan and carry out daily operations and support stakeholders, to ensure we meet targets for designated system areas.
You will become part of a key organization within IT to support and enhance the use of applications related to Group IT HR. You will be involved in the stabilization phase of our existing application suite and play a key role in our future optimization efforts.
Your main responsibilities in this role are:
• Prioritize, coordinate and lead assignments and other work tasks
• Escalating and reporting critical issues and risks related to the services
• Implementing and sustaining best practices and ways of working, guided by policies and guidelines
• Receiving and planning for new objects to be included in daily operations and the system environment
• Planning and allocating capacity to secure delivery of ongoing and new assignments
• Ensure creation and maintenance of documentation by following up production metrics, e.g. cost, budget, capacity and reporting for customers
• Participate in tactical planning for service delivery
• Participate in relevant application forums
• Be the driver in
• Restore service operations following production environment issues or service outages in partnership with others involved in service operations
• Root cause analysis of underlying problems in the production environment
• Supplier performance evaluation
Initial work location in Sweden; Sandviken
Qualifications
This role requires excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in both Swedish and English, with ability to communicate within a large organization that operates in an international environment. You have an analytical and problem-solving mindset; you are self-motivated and can work independently as well as lead and coordinate different work groups of different cultures.
• More than 3 years of experience from working with IT application deliveries or system implementations
• A degree in Information Technology or other relevant education or work experience
• ITIL process knowledge
• Work with outsourced deliveries and service partners
• General technical knowledge of IT solutions
• Experience of working in a SaaS/Cloud based environment
