Sandvik Group Treasury, included in the Sandvik Group Finance organization, is overall responsible for supporting our global business in managing all types of financial exposures and transactions. As part of this, our Treasury IT function manage, develop and support all our IT systems. These systems are used by Group Treasury but also, we provide and support systems to our group companies globally used for payments, trade finance, internal invoicing, netting of internal payments, FX and money market deals.

We are now looking for a detailed and collaborative IT support professional eager to broaden their competence in a global setting focusing on our IT systems. You are an essential part of an international network and act as an advisor and truly contribute to the future development of Sandvik Group.
About your mission
In this role, somewhere in-between IT and finance you work to ensure world-class support, maintenance, and continuous development of our IT systems. With your understanding of the business's needs, you ensure that problems are solved while also supporting and guiding your stakeholders to success.
Some of your other responsibilities includes:
Operational IT support towards business key-users and other stakeholders
Coordination of IT related changes from relevant stakeholders
Establishing requirement specifications and directives for development and maintenance of IT systems
Signoff on acceptance testing, user education and user documentation
Review, update and be responsible of our external and internal ITGC controls
Internal payment process
Payment terms


You report to the Manager of Treasury Intragroup Services and the main location for this job is in Sandviken.

Your background and character
We are looking for someone with a couple of years’ experience within IT, finance, or economics – maybe you have been working with IT and internal system responsibility in finance. To truly succeed in this role, you have a good understanding of both finance and IT as well as excellent skills in Excel. As we’re a global business, you need to speak and write English and Swedish fluently.

Your personality is what makes the difference, characterized by great networking and stakeholder management skills. You combine this with a general curiosity, detail-focus, and business-mind. You have the ability to switch your focus between minor details and the bigger picture, and your agile ways help you when handling ad-hoc situations. So, what’s this job all about?
As Enterprise Architect, you’re the bridge between business and IT - translating business strategies into development plans, focusing on delivering business value and driving business outcomes. You ensure that our technology platforms are aligned with the strategic agenda of Sandvik Coromant, and with a distinct focus towards company growth, business flexibility and digitalization at scale. You stand with one leg in the Enterprise Architecture team and the other in our agile product teams, building the bridge, managing the enterprise architecture and orchestrating the interaction between business and IT. You handle strategic questions and make sure our platforms are in great shape as you optimize our cross functional processes.
This position gives you the flexibility to choose your own working location within Sweden, although some physical presence at our site in Sandviken or Stockholm is required post Covid-19 – mainly to strengthen relations and keep a good team spirit.

Hands on experience within enterprise architecture is needed to be successful in this position, ideally captured during work in larger global organizations. You take an enterprise-wide approach during strategy and roadmaps development and, with an positive and proactive style, you build trust and long term relationships. Working in a global setting, you’re also a skilled communicator in English – verbally, in writing and presentation wise.

Your character is what really matters! You don’t have to be an architecture nerd, but you need a true talent for converting business needs into tech solutions. You’re proactive and open to new ideas and concepts, and don’t hesitate to try them out. On the other side, you dare to make decisions even if not certain. Also, you enjoy acting in an ever-changing setting where pace and commitment varies, and you’re good at getting everyone on the right track to reach the targets.
