Your mission
In this position, you lead the strategy, architecture, and operations of our Data and AI Experience Platform as well as our team of Platform Engineers and Architects. You ensure platform reliability, cost compliance, and vendor alignment while driving technical excellence and fostering a strong engineering culture. Acting as our go-to expert for critical challenges, you coach engineers, shape best practices, and enable autonomous product teams through optimized architecture and self-service capabilities. You define standards and services which make it easy for your team to do the right thing while experimenting and building autonomy, compliance, security, cost efficiency and reliability.
You lead through example – continuously learning and experimenting with new technologies, building solutions hands-on, and coaching others. Create space and opportunities for team learning, foster collaboration, and confidently make informed technical decisions that inspire trust and growth. Adoption is your success currency, and you constantly find ways in which your team can improve Monthly Active Engineers and Monthly Active Champions on your platform.
Location and flexibility
The location for this position is either Sandviken or Stockholm, with a hybrid setup where you can combine office and remote work.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with several years of experience in engineering and technology roles combined with some experience from leadership and people management. The ideal candidate has a background with at least one of the following roles: Data & Analytics Architect, Platform Architect or AI Architect. Acting in a global environment calls for excellent skills in English, verbally and in writing.
You have proven expertise with:
Cloud computing service providers, preferably Microsoft Azure.
Lakehouse service providers, preferably Databricks.
Embedded Data Warehouse and Analytics providers, preferably SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud.
Expert software engineering skills in Python, , C# or similar languages.

Your mission
This role centers on building and leading the Integration Center of Enablement to maximize impact across domains. Acting as the authority on integration strategy, the position ensures alignment with stakeholders and sets clear expectations. The work combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, creating frameworks and products that make data flow seamlessly.
Expect to:
Own the cross-domain integration product and platform roadmap
Oversee all integration initiatives and prioritize based on value vs. effort

Location and flexibility

Your profile
A strong technical foundation is essential, with proven expertise in integration technologies and cloud infrastructure—ideally Microsoft Azure, AKS, Apache Kafka, Azure API Management, and Event Hub. Hands-on experience with programming languages like Java or Python is expected, along with familiarity with collaboration tools such as DevOps, GitHub, and Backstage. A background as an integration engineer or architect is ideal, combined with several years in technology roles and experience leading teams.

Your role

We are recruiting for several roles, each focusing on one of these areas. As a Business Process Specialist, you will take the lead in creating the best possible solutions for the company and bridge the gap between global business processes and the ERP system’s functionality and capabilities.
Main responsibilities
• Drive M3 Implementations: Ensure process implementations meet organizational needs, system logic, information quality, and usability to maximize the system’s capabilities.
• Support Process Development: Collaborate with process owners and super users to ensure business processes comply with legal requirements and Alleima regulations. Continuously seek opportunities to optimize standard M3 solutions.
• Secure Requirement Specifications: Ensure all requirements for change requests are clearly defined and fulfilled, in line with IT standard solutions.
• Facilitate Stakeholder Collaboration: Analyze and understand the needs of stakeholders (process owners, experts, and key users) and promote effective communication and collaboration for successful outcomes.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with relevant experience in at least one of the following areas: Order-to-Delivery, Plan-to-Produce, or Quality – or a university degree. We value practical experience just as highly as formal education. You have proven experience with M3 or other ERP systems, and experience from global organizations and/or manufacturing companies is considered an advantage.

You bring solid experience from the supply chain domain, which you combine with a strong understanding of agile ways of working. You’ve led change, built trust, and know how to turn strategy into action. Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Clean Core and cloud-based products is a strong advantage. A university degree or equivalent experience is expected, ideally with a background in business or IT.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Vill du vara med och forma framtidens användarnära IT tjänster? Vi söker en Tjänsteansvarig som vill ta helhetsansvar för våra tjänster inom telefoni, utskrift, AV och IT hårdvara. Som Produktägare får du en nyckelroll i att säkerställa att våra lösningar håller hög kvalitet, är kostnadseffektiva och skapar verkligt värde för verksamheten.

Du ansvarar för planering, utveckling och löpande förvaltning av tjänster inom telefoni, utskrift, AV och användarnära IT hårdvara. I rollen driver du utvecklingsarbete tillsammans med interna verksamheter, IT-funktioner och leverantörer. Att definiera och underhålla standarder inom området för att skapa enhetlighet, effektivitet och god användarupplevelse i organisationen är viktigt. Du följer upp tjänsteleveranser på operativ och taktisk nivå och säkerställer att de uppfyller regelverk och upphandlingskrav. Du ansvarar även för att följa upp avtal, kostnader och kvalitet samt vidta åtgärder för att förbättra kvaliteten. Arbetet omfattar även:

• omvärldsbevakning av relevanta tekniktrender
• att identifiera förbättringsområden och driva åtgärder som höjer tjänsternas kvalitet och utvecklar våra                                processer.

KVALIFIKATIONER
Du har relevant högskoleutbildning, med fördel inom ekonomi eller motsvarande erfarenhet som arbetsgivaren bedömer likvärdig.  Vi söker dig som har flerårig erfarenhet av tjänsteansvar, produktägarskap eller liknande roll inom IT. Vi ser att du har arbetat under flera år arbetat med leverantörsstyrning, avtalsuppföljning och har erfarenhet av att kombinera strategiskt arbete med operativt genomförande. Du har ett genuint intresse för teknikutveckling och förmåga att omsätta trender till praktiska lösningar. 

Meriterande är om du har god förståelse för lösningar inom telefoni, utskrift, AV och/eller IT hårdvara. 

För att trivas och lyckas i rollen ser vi gärna att du har en god struktur och gillar att skapa ordning, även i mer komplexa sammanhang. Du har ett analytiskt och lösningsorienterat arbetssätt, ser helheten och hittar vägar framåt som skapar värde för verksamheten. Samtidigt uppskattar du att vara proaktiv, ta initiativ och du rör dig obehindrat mellan strategiska perspektiv och mer operativa uppgifter. Du är dessutom nyfiken på teknikens utveckling och öppnar gärna upp för nya arbetssätt.

Som systemförvaltare arbetar du med förvaltning, användarsupport och utveckling i verksamhetssystemet Procapita/Lifecare. Rollen är både av operativ och strategisk karaktär och arbetet sker i nära samarbete med verksamhetsutvecklare och i samverkan med förvaltningens chefer och IT-kontorets driftansvariga.

En viktig del av arbetet är att kvalitetssäkra funktionaliteten i systemet och att delta med den kompetensen i förvaltningens utvecklingsarbete. KVALIFIKATIONER

Your mission

Your profile
You have a degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field, and several years’ experience in relevant positions – where hands on experience with service ownership, delivery and incident management is key. You also have a good understanding of IT best practices, ITIL and IT change management processes. It’s advantageous with experience from an industry related to ours. Experience working with business requirements and release management in a global corporate environment is also necessary – as well as fluency in English.

Din roll
Som Service Delivery Manager inom Tube IT är du ansvarig för leveransen av IT-tjänster som idag består av 8 applikationer. Din uppgift blir att säkerställa att alla våra tjänster – från underhåll av system till operativ drift – fungerar smidigt och effektivt. Samt att de uppfyller våra högt ställda krav på kvalitet och säkerhet. Till din hjälp så kommer du att ha ett mindre team av arkitekt och utvecklare som du arbetsleder.


Arbetsuppgifter innefattar:
Ett nära samrabete med verksamheten för att säkerställa en kvalitativ, kostnadseffektiv och stabil IT-leverans som uppfyller verksamhetens krav.
Hantera och agera efter KPI för kundnöjdhet, servicenivåer, ekonomiskt utfall.
Samarbeta med nyckelintressenter tillsammans och andra affärsrepresentanter för att förstå verksamhetens krav och slutanvändarnas behov och önskemål.
Justera tjänsteleveransen i enlighet med ITSM-standarder och andra relevanta processer, policyer och procedurer.
Koordinera aktiviteter relaterade till leveransen av IT-tjänster inom området, när det gäller infrastruktur, applikationshantering och drift.
Planera och hantera resurser (intern personal och externa leverantörer) i den dagliga verksamheten, i överenskommelse med ansvarig chef.
Hantera IT-leverantörer (interna och externa) för leveranserna inom det tilldelade området.



Utöver detta kan du också tilldelas andra uppgifter, uppdrag och ansvarsområden som ligger inom ditt kompetensområde.


Din Profil
Vi söker dig som har för tjänsten en relevant universitets- eller högskoleexamen, alternativt motsvarade arbetslivserfarenhet som kan anses likvärdig. Du har en även dokumenterad erfarenhet av tidigare arbete med it förvaltning eller systemutveckling. I dina tidigare roller har du fått en förståelse och ett intresse för systemutveckling, IT-förvaltning och IT Service Management. Du som person har en förmåga att planera och prioritera, samt leda dig själv och andra i riktning mot utsatta mål är nyckelkompetenser, där du drivs av att bygga relationer och skapa engagemang i interna och externa arbetsteam

Om jobbet
I denna roll säkerställer du Treasurys förmåga att leverera på sina ansvarsområden som finansiella flöden, betalningar, service till dotterbolag, etc. Detta genom att arbeta med verktyg som finansiella system, processer, kvalitetssäkring och externa leverantörer.
Du har ansvar för projekt, upphandling, budget och drift av Treasury-relaterade IT-system. Tillsammans med Alleima Group IT säkerställer du att funktion och intergration med Alleima gruppens övriga system och IT-plattformar fungerar sömlöst. Vidare leder du IT-projekt som drivs av Treasury samt deltar och företräder Treasury i projekt som påverkar Treasuryverksamheten och Alleimagruppens betalningshantering. Du agerar kontaktperson gentemot interna och externa leverantörer för att säkerställa leverans enligt överenskommelse, agerar eskaleringspunkt samt driver kontinuerliga förbättringsåtgärder.
Exempel på arbetsuppgifter i detalj:
· Alleimagruppens betalningshanteringssystem (idag FIS Trax) med relaterade ”cash management” lösningar, kopplingar till banker och integrationer med Alleimagruppens ERP- och lönesystem.
· Alleima-gruppens nettingsystem för interna betalningar (idag CoProcess)
· Treasurys system för hantering av interna och externa finansiella transaktioner (idag Treasury Systems)
· System för avstämning av finansiella transaktioner (idag Finastra)
· Treasurys handels- och informationssystem (idag Bloomberg)
· Att delta i applikationsforum och återkommande möten avsedda för Alleimas samtliga IT Service Managers
· IT-budget, intern och extern IT-revision, IT-relaterade kontroller och behörighetsfrågor, IT relaterade prissättningsmodeller, kostnader och intäkter
Du rapporterar till Head of Group Treasury. Placeringsort för tjänsten är vårt kontor intill Humlegården i Stockholm.


Din Profil
Vi söker dig som inte bara tar hand om uppgifterna utan även strävar efter att göra skillnad och driva förbättringar både för Treasuryverksamheten och inom Alleimas Group IT funktion. Att leverera förstklassig service och arbeta proaktivt är en självklarhet för dig. I en föränderlig och komplex internationell miljö trivs du med att arbeta i nära samspel med dina kollegor och uppmuntrar till ömsesidig kunskapsöverföring för att tillsammans bidra till effektivisering och utveckling.
Vi tror att du har en universitets- eller högskoleexamen med för rollen relevant inriktning, och gärna med arbetslivserfarenhet från Treasury, bank eller finansiell institutions IT-funktion. Möjligen har du liknande erfarenhet från Fintech. Vi ser gärna att du har kunskap och erfarenhet inom betal- och Treasuryrelaterade IT-system och verksamheter. Förenklat är du profilen med nämnda Treasury-kunskap som kan IT-system tillräckligt väl eller mer en IT Service Manager som kan Treasury tillräckligt väl. Främst lägger vi dock stor vikt vid dina personliga egenskaper. Your Mission
In the role of IT Application Coordinator, you will coordinate and support a team of experienced Application Process Specialist, to ensure that our strategic business systems are implemented to meet future business requirements. Din Profil
Vi söker dig som har en relevant utbildning för rollen alternativt har en arbetslivserfarenhet som anses vara likvärdig. Du har ett genuint intresse av att driva frågan om användarvänlighet framåt och har tidigare erfarenhet av M3/INFOR OS eller liknande system. Du har förmågan att förstå och översätta affärsbehov till tekniska lösningar. Systemförvaltarenheten söker två systemförvaltare med olika inriktningar:

As a part of the team responsible for operating and maintaining our Active Directory (AD) services, you identify, develop and implement solutions to support IAM aspects of applications and services, establish processes and controls for audit and compliance requirements. With your broad technical understanding you also:
Assist with maintenance, optimization and recovery of the Microsoft Active Directory and Federation Environment (ADFS)
Support other IT areas in their use of Azure AD, and related identity and access issues
Develop and automate processes and design and develop solutions related to various assignments across our business.

Where’s the office?
While this position offers flexible working conditions, your base is in either Sandviken or Kista (Stockholm). As your colleagues and our partners are spread across different locations, some travel could be included during normal circumstances.
What we need from you
To thrive in this position, you're a supportive team player who’s guided by the importance of working together and involving others. Good problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset and attention to details are also key qualities. Experience-wise, we see that you have:
At least three years’ experience from a System Engineer role
Knowledge of ADFS, Azure AD and Microsoft Server Products
Hands-on experience from working with Windows AD and technical troubleshooting
A university degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities
As Software Asset Manager, you are overall responsible for management of a defined area of IT Software Assets to assure optimal value, risk and cost level throughout the assets lifecycle. You are responsible for the reporting of software asset consumption and secure a high-quality administration of IT Software Asset information through its lifecycle. You are further responsible for managing internal and external software audits, including analysis of audit requests, project management, contract analysis and final reports. You also have an advisory role regarding Software Asset purchases and sourcing cases, licensing models, product use rights and software usage. In order to be cost-efficient, administration of licenses and relations to other Software Assets through the products lifecycle is a vital part of your responsibility. 

The location for this position is in Sandviken, a combination of remote work including regular trips to Sandviken is a potential, we expect you approximately twice a week in Sandviken, in order to ensure a good stakeholder dialogue.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a degree in IT or Business Management, or equal knowledge gained from previous work experience. We believe your previous work involves IT Service Management or IT Service Production/Delivery Management and you have thorough Software Asset understanding of different technical IT platforms, best practices, different contract and license models. 
Your previous experience also includes scoping, planning and managing complex and current technical activities supported by your understanding of IT project management and a genuine technical interest. As we operate in an international setting, you need excellent skills in English, both verbally and in writing, while skills in Swedish are beneficial.

Kvalifikationer

As a HR Process System Specialist, you work together with our team to maintain, analyze and improve the quality in the HR system. You will work with our global HCM system, Workday, and together with your team colleagues be responsible for system configuration, report creation, business support etc. In addition, you keep attention to HR trends and development and understand how Workday can be improved to support the HR processes in the most efficient way. 

You will build inbound- outbound integrations and be responsible for HR Security in Workday. You act as important speaking partner by coordinating and supporting the business in resolving HR information quality issues. You ensure that HR information, standards, processes and routines are aligned in the overall directives for SMT Group and you support our common global HR objectives by simplifying concepts and proactively networking to ensure that collected data is accurate, timely and provided by the right source. You also assure that the business has relevant tools and data available to take strategic decisions.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone with who has worked in relevant environment with analyzing data as well as creating structure and reports. An understanding of HR processes as well as Workday experience is considered advantageous and your genuine interest for IT systems and integrations and security. You are expected to hold a University Degree or equivalent experience.

So, what’s this job all about?
You’ll be the lead and the go-to person in orchestrating enterprise integrations at scale, responsible for shaping and implementing targeted Integration Center of Enablement. In this role, you ensure that our integrations are aligned to business objectives and development plans as well as security and compliance. You stand with one leg in the Enterprise Architect team and the other in the Cloud Competence Center, building the bridge, leading the integration and direction the interaction between business and IT. You handle strategic questions and make sure our platforms are in great shape as you optimize our cross functional processes.

Responsibilities
As a Workday Functional Analyst, you work together with our team to maintain, analyze and improve the quality in the HR information. Qualifications

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Vi söker Systemförvaltare till vår IT avdelning. Som systemförvaltare ska du säkerställa förvaltning av Region Gävleborgs IT-system, i nära relation med verksamheten och övriga medarbetare.

Vi söker nu en Systemförvaltare, gärna med IT-teknisk bakgrund, som kommer arbeta med förvaltning av vår funktions-PC tjänst. Du kommer arbeta i ett Objekt (team) där nära samarbete med kollegor är en framgångsfaktor men där även självständigt initiativtagande är viktigt.

Som Systemförvaltare för funktions-PC ansvarar du för att:

• Säkerställa en god hantering för våra slutanvändare
• Ansvara för hantering av funktions-PC beställningar, både övergripande process och daglig administration
• Driva effektivisering av beställningsprocessen
• Delta i framtagande av standardmodeller och valbara produkter
• Planera, testa och verifiera i samband med utveckling och uppgraderingar
• Utgöra 3:e linjens support vid felsökning
• Hantera framtagning och uppföljning av rapporter och statistik
• Tillhandahålla debiteringsunderlag och granska fakturor
• Ta fram och förvalta utbildningsmaterial, manualer och rutinbeskrivningar
• Samarbeta med leverantörer och vara drivande för utveckling av arbetet
• Driva (planera, genomföra, följa upp) uppdrag och projekt inom objektet
