Your mission
In this role, you own the offer strategy and portfolio for our solution business and make sure it delivers business results and customer value. This means setting a clear direction, building strong partnerships, and ensuring flawless execution across the organization. You lead the development of modular and scalable solution offerings that combine hardware, software, services, know-how and commercial models. You make sure they scale successfully across markets and customer segments.
Your work includes:
Driving the shift from product-centric to solution-based offer and value creation, ensuring alignment across Product & Solution Management, Sales, R&D, Operations and Marketing & Communications.
Developing and evolving our solution portfolio and new business models such as Pay Per Part while securing growth and profitability.
Leading application development and prioritizing strategic focus areas based on industry trends and customer needs.
Building and developing a high-performing global team focused on solutions and applications.
Representing the solution business in internal and external forums and contributing to strategic decision-making at the highest level.

This is a role where you combine strategic thinking with operational execution, ensuring that our solutions deliver real value for customers and sustainable growth for Sandvik Coromant.
You report to the Vice President of Product & Solution Management and is part of the Product and Solution Management team. The location for this position is flexible. The ability to travel internationally is required.
Your profile
You bring a strong strategic and commercial mindset, combined with an extensive background of leading business transformation in industrial B2B environments. Deep knowledge of solution selling, lifecycle management, and application development is essential, and familiarity with digital technologies, automation, and solution-based models is a strong advantage. A proven ability to lead global teams and manage complex stakeholder landscapes is essential. A degree in business, engineering, or other related field is required, and an advanced degree is a plus.

About the role:
In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing policies, strategies, and initiatives that promote product quality, workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and sustainability. You will lead a dynamic team of five specialists and managers, driving excellence across various domains.
· Responsible for Strips management system and ensuring best practices are followed.
· Drive and coordinate quality, EHS, and sustainability work.
· Coordinate and lead audits and management reviews for the management systems.
· Inform and train the organization within the area of responsibility.
· Ensure processes are in place to meet legal requirements.
· Respond to product safety questions and monitor relevant directives and laws.

About you:
You hold a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or equvivalent, and have previously held a managerial position in quality. Your experience in ISO auditing is advantageous, and having worked in the steel industry is appreciable. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.

About your job
In this position, you interact with stakeholders to make sure that we have available and relevant information about our services, products and operational statuses. You’re responsible for ensuring structured, proactive and efficient operations of our platforms by capturing needs and ideas for product improvement and refine delivery flows and bolster operations capabilities. This includes taking ownership for ensuring successful performance of our managed service provider and enforcing a proactive mindset in operations, as well as handling service offerings. At the end of the day, your focus is to improve our operations through defining and follow up KPIs, establishing operational insights, and identifying and implementing improvement activities in collaboration with our teams and our vendors.
The location for this position is Sandviken or Stockholm, and we embrace a hybrid work model where you can combine office work with remote working. Regular travel to Sandviken is required if you’re stationed in Stockholm, as your management team and some team members are based there.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a university degree in IT combined with proven experience of operations within a technology-driven environment and a track record of proactively managing and improving delivery flows. For this role, you need a solid history of successful stakeholder and supplier management and experience from working with the Microsoft 365 platform and ServiceNow. Familiarity with agile work fundamentals, frameworks, methods and practices is necessary. We consider knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL as well as experience with continuous improvement practices like Lean or Six Sigma as beneficial. A background in project management or a related certification is also good to have. Acting in a global environment means you need excellent English skills, verbally and in writing. Knowledge in Swedish is a plus.

Your mission

Dina arbetsuppgifter

We’re now looking for a person with relevant senior executive to Direct and lead our “Business Unit Powder”, which is part of the Additive Manufacturing Division within the Sandvik Group. Someone who can grasp the full spectrum of our highly advanced metal powder business and who knows what it takes to manage the business and to accelerate our already aggressive growth plan. This is an exciting role, where strategy, people and business management, advanced operational excellence and close collaboration across units are vital keys for success.
Your mission
As Head of Business Unit Powder, you lead our well-established metal powders business and our “controlled expansion alloys” business, both based in Neath, UK, as well as our newly established metal powders plant based in Sweden – with an aim to further strengthen and grow our established business, and accelerate the growth of our new powder business, while maintaining healthy profitability levels.
You will be responsible for the overall financial results of the Business Unit, and you will continue to build on our very strong “safety first” culture and further develop and optimize our ways of working across all parts of the business unit. You have advanced analytical, financial and general business management skills – combined with a strong background and skills in driving “operational excellence” within a complex production environment. With your systematic and target driven approach, you develop, assess and implement winning strategies, involving and empowering your employees, and make sure that your team is aligned on the strategy execution. You know how to develop solid business cases that work in support of our long-term vision and help secure our ambitious growth targets. This includes increasing our customer base and growing our product portfolio, both in existing and new markets – and you work closely with all necessary stakeholders to drive synergies and achieve positive results. In addition, you take lead in driving our defined sustainability targets within Business Unit Powder, and in coordinating this and other relevant areas or processes on a Division and/or Business Area level.
You are customer-, business-, and result- oriented professional, with an empathic, down to earth and coaching leadership style, who acts as a role model within the organization. Your background and character

Job Summary
As President for Business Unit Tube EMEA you lead your business with a high degree of autonomy. We believe in the power of decentralization and personal accountability. The responsibility spans over long term strategy, business and product development to operational performance in your production units. The job is to a large extent managing a company within the company and thus stake holder management is a vital part.
Additional key aspects of long-term success are to both improve the safety performance as well as building on our vision of fossil free steel production. Being a member of the division management team, you also play a key role in setting the short and long-term agenda for the Tube division.

The location for this job is in Sandviken, and you report to the President of Tube Division. International travel is normally included in your job.

- produktionserfaren ledare som vill utveckla affären
 
Ett unikt samarbetsprojekt pågår för att koppla samman fjärrvärmenäten Sandviken och Gävle. Vid årskiftet 2023/2024 kommer produktionen ske huvudsakligen i Gävle Energi´s regi genom 100% förnybara energikällor och då även täcka Sandvikens fjärrvärmebehov.
 
Sandviken Energi söker nu en AO-chef för fjärrvärme (AO-chef Kraft & Värme) som bland annat är med och implementerar övergången av produktionen till Gävle Energi. Därefter blir AO-chefens roll en viktig beställarfunktion mot producenten, samt att driva och utveckla distributionen och marknadsfrågorna. 
Fram till övergången driver du tillsammans med Produktionschef drift och produktionen vid kraftvärmeverket i centralorten Sandviken samt vid panncentralerna i Järbo och Storvik. Produktionsavdelningen har även drift och underhållsansvar för elva vattenkraftstationer. Tillsammans med Distributionschefen ansvarar ni för distributionen av fjärrvärmen samt kundutvecklingen mot såväl privata som företagkunder. Sandviken Energi arbetar utifrån strategin ”Operationell överlägsenhet” med kontinuerliga förbättringar enligt en utvecklad modell för resultatorienterad styrning.
AO Kraft Värme innefattar totalt ca 27 medarbetare och omsätter ca 160 miljoner årligen. Du ingår Sandviken Energis ledningsgrupp och rapporterar till VD.
