ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Vi söker en IT-avtalsansvarig som självständigt kan driva och ansvara för hela processen kring våra IT-avtal. Rollen är central för att säkerställa att kommunens IT-tjänster och leveranser uppfyller både verksamhetens behov samt gällande lagar och regelverk.

I rollen ansvarar du för hela livscykeln för IT-avtal från behovsanalys och upphandling till förvaltning och uppföljning. Du planerar, genomför och dokumenterar avtalsprocesser på ett självständigt och strukturerat sätt samt säkerställer att avtalen följer kommunens riktlinjer och andra relevanta regelverk.

Du fungerar som kontaktperson gentemot leverantörer och interna intressenter och genomför riskanalyser samt kostnadsuppföljningar kopplade till IT-avtal. I uppdraget ingår även att utveckla och förbättra rutiner för avtalsförvaltning. Rollen har ett tydligt strategiskt inslag där du ansvarar för kommunens IT-avtalsportfölj, utvecklar långsiktiga avtalsstrategier och bidrar till effektivisering och kostnadsoptimering.

KVALIFIKATIONER
Vi söker dig som: 

Har relevant högskoleutbildning inom IT, juridik, ekonomi eller erfarenhet som arbetsgivaren bedömer likvärdig. Du har dokumenterad erfarenhet av att arbeta med IT-avtal och upphandlingar samt god kunskap om LOU (Lagen om offentlig upphandling).

Du har tidigare erfarenhet av att arbeta självständigt med ansvar för hela avtalsprocessen och förmåga att analysera, strukturera och kommunicera information på ett tydligt och ändamålsenligt sätt.

Personliga kompetenser:

I rollen arbetar du noggrant och strukturerat, vilket innebär att du säkerställer kvalitet i avtal, dokumentation och uppföljning. Du tar initiativ till att driva processer framåt och ansvarar för att uppgifter genomförs inom givna ramar.

Du kommunicerar på ett tydligt och pedagogiskt sätt och kan förklara komplexa frågor för olika målgrupper. Vid utmaningar har du ett lösningsorienterat arbetssätt och agerar proaktivt för att identifiera och hantera risker. Rollen kräver att du kan arbeta självständigt och fatta egna beslut inom ditt ansvarsområde, samtidigt som du samarbetar väl med andra och bidrar till god samverkan med både interna och externa parter.

Your Role
As an Operational Excellence and IT manager for Strip Division you will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and overseeing the overall use of Information technologies at our division. Your role
We are looking for a Software Asst Manager to join our team, for this position you can either work from Stockholm or Sandviken. We offer flexible work between the office and the comfort of your home. In this role you will have a central position with contacts in the entire IT organization at Alleima. The role offers many opportunities to collaborate with both the IT function and our business both in Sweden and internationally.
Some of the tasks you will be responsible for is:
- Collect and load software entitlements into the central SAM tool (Servicenow) for the Group
- Maintain and update an accurate software entitlement repository inte the central SAM tool.
- Regularly provide compliance position reports to stakeholders for analytics purposes.
- Identify potential cost savings through software license optimization.
- Work closely with IT and sourcing teams to ensure compliance and cost efficiency.
- Handle software license renewals, upgrades, and downgrades.
- Conduct routine software audits for license agreement adherence and offer end-user training on compliance.
- Continuously monitor software usage, report findings, and contribute to ongoing functional improvement by sharing best practice.



Your Profile
We’re looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems, and extensive experience within the SAM area. You have a proven track record of working in complex software asset environments in large, global and decentralized organizations with many stakeholders.
You also have experience with software asset management tools, in particular Servicenow, and knowledge in license auditing. Furthermore, you have experience of working in an environment where you’re motivated to take a driving part in developing our SAM capabilities.
With Alleima being a global organization, you will have stakeholders in multiple countries, it is important you are good communicator and that you feel comfortable communicating in English on a daily basis. If you speak and write Swedish this will be considered a strong advantage.

About The Job
As CMDB/ITOM Coordinator you will be able to organically grow in to the position over time, you will work together with a team devoted to ITSM and together, support the company with efficient processes and governance structures. The Governance & Enterprise Architecture team is a diverse team with 6 members and now is the time to extend the team with a role dedicated for CMDB/ITOM. This role will be vital to develop and structure data in ServiceNow, which is one of the core platforms in the company. You will join the team as we move ServiceNow and related processes into a stable state after an intense project phase, setting the processes and expanding the discovery and agent deployment on a global scale.
Your role will focus on data management of discovered/collected data from servers, clients, applications, software and other external sources. Data that will be used to make service maps and relationships between applications and information. The data will be utilized by Service Desk, Service Owners, Administrators and 3rd party vendors to run efficient and controlled ITSM-processes. The quality of the data and the coverage is of essence, which is why SMT runs automated discovery of hardware and software in the IT landscape.
Your role will be important both from an audit, security and application perspective as the data is needed for both incident handling, preventing malware outbreaks and keeping track of license usage. In this role you will be the process owner for discovery and service mapping. You will develop, anchor and maintain discovery and service mapping processes together with key stakeholders in IT and the business.
You will push for automation and the use of correct and updated CI information, presenting and describing the benefits and setting the framework together with the rest of the team members that are part of the Governance & Enterprise architecture team.
Responsibilities
You will on a global scale maintain, enhance and expand the existing CMDB with automated/manual discovery processes, technologies and related health dashboards and integrations. You will also develop event management capabilities and related integrations.
The role also includes the responsibility to maintain, enhance, and expand existing service mapping and related impact assessment rules and dashboards as well as identify, recommend, and pursue opportunities to increase automation directly and indirectly.
It will be of high importance to partner with IT-teams to anticipate service map impacts and proactively maintain related operational documentation and SOPs to reduce support risk & inefficiency.
You will continually research new ITOM/Discovery capabilities in upcoming ServiceNow releases and make recommendations on how to implement them. Ensuring overall systems availability via good design/best practices, thorough testing, promotion discipline and responsiveness in root cause analysis are also fundamentals in the job description.
Finally, you will own, maintain and develop processes related to CMDB, ITOM/Discovery and Service Mapping and push for discovery and service mapping on a global scale, meaning there will be extensive communication towards the global IT-support organization.

About The Job
As CMDB/ITOM Coordinator you will be able to organically grow in to the position over time, you will work together with a team devoted to ITSM and together, support the company with efficient processes and governance structures. The Governance & Enterprise Architecture team is a diverse team with 6 members and now is the time to extend the team with a role dedicated for CMDB/ITOM. This role will be vital to develop and structure data in ServiceNow, which is one of the core platforms in the company. You will join the team as we move ServiceNow and related processes into a stable state after an intense project phase, setting the processes and expanding the discovery and agent deployment on a global scale.
Your role will focus on data management of discovered/collected data from servers, clients, applications, software and other external sources. Data that will be used to make service maps and relationships between applications and information. The data will be utilized by Service Desk, Service Owners, Administrators and 3rd party vendors to run efficient and controlled ITSM-processes. The quality of the data and the coverage is of essence, which is why SMT runs automated discovery of hardware and software in the IT landscape.
Your role will be important both from an audit, security and application perspective as the data is needed for both incident handling, preventing malware outbreaks and keeping track of license usage. In this role you will be the process owner for discovery and service mapping. You will develop, anchor and maintain discovery and service mapping processes together with key stakeholders in IT and the business.
You will push for automation and the use of correct and updated CI information, presenting and describing the benefits and setting the framework together with the rest of the team members that are part of the Governance & Enterprise architecture team.
Responsibilities
You will on a global scale maintain, enhance and expand the existing CMDB with automated/manual discovery processes, technologies and related health dashboards and integrations. You will also develop event management capabilities and related integrations.
The role also includes the responsibility to maintain, enhance, and expand existing service mapping and related impact assessment rules and dashboards as well as identify, recommend, and pursue opportunities to increase automation directly and indirectly.
It will be of high importance to partner with IT-teams to anticipate service map impacts and proactively maintain related operational documentation and SOPs to reduce support risk & inefficiency.
You will continually research new ITOM/Discovery capabilities in upcoming ServiceNow releases and make recommendations on how to implement them. Ensuring overall systems availability via good design/best practices, thorough testing, promotion discipline and responsiveness in root cause analysis are also fundamentals in the job description.
Finally, you will own, maintain and develop processes related to CMDB, ITOM/Discovery and Service Mapping and push for discovery and service mapping on a global scale, meaning there will be extensive communication towards the global IT-support organization.

I rollen som M3 Finans Business Process Specialist kommer du att agera som processexpert i företagets pågående ERP/M3 projekt för att brygga gapet mellan verksamhetens processer och ERP systemets funktionalitet och möjligheter. Du kommer vara drivande när det kommer till att fånga upp verksamhetsbehovet inom ditt ansvarsområde och via globala forum kontinuerlig föra dialog med verksamhetens befintliga och nya användare.

Responsibilities
As a Service Manager for Group Reporting and Consolidation application suite, you have an essential role in serving as the point of escalation and collecting feedback and requirements from customers and other stakeholders. You will identify customer needs, translate them into services, and lead the development of the services portfolio. You will estimate costs for service operations and provide relevant service reporting.

As a Service Manager, you will manage tactical planning for service delivery and participate in relevant application forums. Also, establish financial, business and pricing models for the services in scope and ensure supplier performance according to agreed SLAs/OLAs. You will act as point of escalation for any operational issues related to the service.
Initial work location in Sweden; Sandviken or Stockholm



Qualifications
This role requires solid experience and knowledge of IT application deliveries and system implementations supported with a degree in Information Technology or other relevant education or work experience. You also have a general technical knowledge of IT solutions such as Enterprise Resource Planning systems. You need to have experience of service management and the ITIL framework. Experience of working with outsourced deliveries and service partners is advantageous.
 
We put great emphasis on your personal skills. This role requires excellent communication skills in English, with ability to communicate within a large organization and international stakeholders. 
You have an analytical and problem-solving mindset; you are self-motivated and can work independently as well as lead and coordinate different work groups of different cultures.

About you
We’re looking for someone with a solid work experience within IT Service Management – from working as a Service Manager, Process Manager or in other similar roles closely related to Asset or Configuration Management. Your experience is backed by a masters’ degree within a relevant field of studies. To be successful in this role, we expect you to have knowledge and demonstrable experience with relevant ITIL processes or similar framework. Our service management platform is Service Now, so working experience with that platform will be very useful. As we’re looking into extending towards utilization of Discovery and Service Mapping capabilities of Service Now, practical experience in this area is considered an asset. Your character

The job
As IT Demand Manager, you support the system owner responsible for our eCommerce platform. However, this is not only a pure IT role as you also build business relationships, and act as a contact for clients who want to integrate IT in relation to our applications.
 
The system ownership support includes:
- Following up on SLA, budget, incidents and requests
- Life cycle management of systems, by planning and coordinating system upgrades and maintenance
- Handling improvements and planning by coordinating system improvements and extensions
- Developing and maintaining system frameworks
 
The demand management includes:
- Supporting the SMS business in digital processes for Sales, Purchasing, Supply/Distribution and Finance
- Collecting requests and requirements from the business and converting them into IT solutions

 and support
- Developing, maintaining and governing eCommerce processes
- Performing eCommerce training and support for the SMS business
 
You lead projects for certain initiatives, globally collaborate with end customers, and act as point of contact with the IT departments for large clients of major importance to SMS. You have no direct reports, although you oversee a group of consultants based in the Czech Republic and you’re responsible for cost, coordination and delivery for this support-and-development team. The location for this position is in Sandviken.
 
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with at least a Bachelors’ in IT. Previous experiences from eCommerce and system integration, and from working with MS BizTalk are beneficial. Systems and operations included in your daily job are SMS B2B, CatMan, PunchOut and eComm web services. As we’re a global business, you need good skills in English, in both writing and speaking, while understanding of Swedish and German is an advantage. We also consider China as a growing market, which means that skills in Chinese would be a plus.
