Your mission

General position/description

We are now looking for an IT Service delivery Manager - Core Technology with enterprise responsibility for our Data Analytics Platform, Infrastructure, Network, Integration Platform, Application Hosting to join our IT-team.

Your role
We are looking for a Software Asst Manager to join our team, for this position you can either work from Stockholm or Sandviken. We offer flexible work between the office and the comfort of your home. In this role you will have a central position with contacts in the entire IT organization at Alleima. Some of the tasks you will be responsible for is:
- Collect and load software entitlements into the central SAM tool (Servicenow) for the Group
- Maintain and update an accurate software entitlement repository inte the central SAM tool.
- Regularly provide compliance position reports to stakeholders for analytics purposes.
- Identify potential cost savings through software license optimization.
- Work closely with IT and sourcing teams to ensure compliance and cost efficiency.
- Handle software license renewals, upgrades, and downgrades.
- Conduct routine software audits for license agreement adherence and offer end-user training on compliance.
- Continuously monitor software usage, report findings, and contribute to ongoing functional improvement by sharing best practice.



Your Profile
We’re looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems, and extensive experience within the SAM area. You have a proven track record of working in complex software asset environments in large, global and decentralized organizations with many stakeholders.
You also have experience with software asset management tools, in particular Servicenow, and knowledge in license auditing. Furthermore, you have experience of working in an environment where you’re motivated to take a driving part in developing our SAM capabilities.
With Alleima being a global organization, you will have stakeholders in multiple countries, it is important you are good communicator and that you feel comfortable communicating in English on a daily basis. If you speak and write Swedish this will be considered a strong advantage.

About The Job
As CMDB/ITOM Coordinator you will be able to organically grow in to the position over time, you will work together with a team devoted to ITSM and together, support the company with efficient processes and governance structures. The Governance & Enterprise Architecture team is a diverse team with 6 members and now is the time to extend the team with a role dedicated for CMDB/ITOM. This role will be vital to develop and structure data in ServiceNow, which is one of the core platforms in the company. You will join the team as we move ServiceNow and related processes into a stable state after an intense project phase, setting the processes and expanding the discovery and agent deployment on a global scale.
Your role will focus on data management of discovered/collected data from servers, clients, applications, software and other external sources. Data that will be used to make service maps and relationships between applications and information. The data will be utilized by Service Desk, Service Owners, Administrators and 3rd party vendors to run efficient and controlled ITSM-processes. The quality of the data and the coverage is of essence, which is why SMT runs automated discovery of hardware and software in the IT landscape.
Your role will be important both from an audit, security and application perspective as the data is needed for both incident handling, preventing malware outbreaks and keeping track of license usage. In this role you will be the process owner for discovery and service mapping. You will develop, anchor and maintain discovery and service mapping processes together with key stakeholders in IT and the business.
You will push for automation and the use of correct and updated CI information, presenting and describing the benefits and setting the framework together with the rest of the team members that are part of the Governance & Enterprise architecture team.
Responsibilities
You will on a global scale maintain, enhance and expand the existing CMDB with automated/manual discovery processes, technologies and related health dashboards and integrations. You will also develop event management capabilities and related integrations.
The role also includes the responsibility to maintain, enhance, and expand existing service mapping and related impact assessment rules and dashboards as well as identify, recommend, and pursue opportunities to increase automation directly and indirectly.
It will be of high importance to partner with IT-teams to anticipate service map impacts and proactively maintain related operational documentation and SOPs to reduce support risk & inefficiency.
You will continually research new ITOM/Discovery capabilities in upcoming ServiceNow releases and make recommendations on how to implement them. ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Vi söker nu operativa projektmedarbetare till ett av våra EU-projekt Säker virtuell industri. Projektets syfte är att stärka regionens små- och medelstora industriföretag för att de ska kunna fortsätta växa.

För att de ska kunna växa krävs det att företagen:
• Snabbt tar till sig digitaliseringens möjligheter
• Hittar och implementerar effektiva IT- och automationslösningar
• Hittar och knyter till sig den IT-kompetens som behövs
• Säkerställer företagets digitala säkerhet i och med att allt mer kopplas upp

Projektet är en neutral part som koordinerar insatser och aktiviteter för företagen. Exempel på detta är att arrangera nätverksträffar, seminarium, föreläsningar och events med fokus på företagsnytta.

I rollen kommer du att få nära och inspirerande kontakter med industri- och industrinära företag i Gävleborg och Dalarna. Du kommer att ha många företagskontakter och arbeta med befintliga nätverk samtidigt som du kommer ha möjlighet att skapa och bygga nya nätverk. Du kommer vara placerad på Sandbacka Park i Sandviken tillsammans med kreativa kollegor som har olika roller, här finns ett brett nätverk av kompetenser för din utveckling. Du rapporterar till projektledare och gruppchef, tjänsten är ny och det finns möjlighet att arbeta såväl heltid som deltid.


KVALIFIKATIONER
Vi söker dig som är en positiv och nyfiken person som gillar att testa dig fram och ta dig an nya komplexa utmaningar. Du har ett teknikintresse och tycker att industrins nya digitala verktyg och digital säkerhet låter spännande. Hos oss arbetar du i en dynamisk miljö som innebär att du driver utveckling tillsammans med dina kollegor. Vi har kunden i fokus och service är vårt signum.

Det är meriterande om du för närvarande studerar eller tidigare har studerat en teknisk utbildning på Universitet/Högskola gärna med inriktning mot industri/IT/automation. Your mission
In this varied position, you lead a diverse team of IT professionals, spread out over France, South Africa, UK, Ghana and Finland. Your character
We are looking for someone with a university degree in IT, or equivalent knowledge and prior experience of a corresponding job in a global company. Knowledge of ITIL and agile methods are required, and we hope you have a sound experience in escalation procedures. You possess excellent leadership and collaboration skills and have a background of minimum 2 years of leading global teams. As we operate in a global setting, solid English proficiency is needed, both verbal and written.
