About your job
In this position, you’re responsible for the design and implementation of the processes in all applicable functions and business areas within our organization. You develop and implement process improvement strategies across multiple departments, identify opportunities for process optimization and work collaboratively with stakeholders to implement changes. To track performance and measure success, you design and implement metrics and KPIs. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you ensure alignment and consistency of processes and procedures and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies related to process improvement.
Also included in your job is to:
Follow-up and report process adherence.
Own and facilitate aligning process forum.
Provide training material.
Establish and maintain process documentation, including standard operation procedures and process maps.
Communicate process changes.

The location for this position is Sandviken or Stockholm.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with experience of working in a similar role, combined with a relevant degree within IT. You have experience in IT processes, process documentation and ITIL frameworks. You’re skilled in disaster recovery and business continuity management, and it’s beneficial to have knowledge of agile methodologies. Working in a global environment calls for excellent skills in English, both verbally and in writing.

Your mission

About you
We’re looking for someone with a solid work experience within IT Service Management – from working as a Service Manager, Process Manager or in other similar roles closely related to Asset or Configuration Management. Your experience is backed by a masters’ degree within a relevant field of studies. To be successful in this role, we expect you to have knowledge and demonstrable experience with relevant ITIL processes or similar framework. Our service management platform is Service Now, so working experience with that platform will be very useful. As we’re looking into extending towards utilization of Discovery and Service Mapping capabilities of Service Now, practical experience in this area is considered an asset. Working in a global environment calls for excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
You’re a self-motivated and well communicative networker who collaborates effectively and builds work relationships with stakeholders across the organization. I rollen som M3 Finans Business Process Specialist kommer du att agera som processexpert i företagets pågående ERP/M3 projekt för att brygga gapet mellan verksamhetens processer och ERP systemets funktionalitet och möjligheter. Du kommer vara drivande när det kommer till att fånga upp verksamhetsbehovet inom ditt ansvarsområde och via globala forum kontinuerlig föra dialog med verksamhetens befintliga och nya användare.

Med hjälp från andra experter och med support från resten av teamet verkar du för att skapa de totalt sett bästa lösningarna för SMT. Din roll innefattar också undersökning och analys av organisationens nuvarande processer och applikationer där du är aktivt ger förslag på förbättringar. Din profil

Responsibilities

You will estimate costs for service operations and provide relevant service reporting.

As a Service Manager, you will manage tactical planning for service delivery and participate in relevant application forums. Also, establish financial, business and pricing models for the services in scope and ensure supplier performance according to agreed SLAs/OLAs. You will act as point of escalation for any operational issues related to the service.
Initial work location in Sweden; Sandviken or Stockholm



Qualifications
This role requires solid experience and knowledge of IT application deliveries and system implementations supported with a degree in Information Technology or other relevant education or work experience. You also have a general technical knowledge of IT solutions such as Enterprise Resource Planning systems. You need to have experience of service management and the ITIL framework. Experience of working with outsourced deliveries and service partners is advantageous.
 
We put great emphasis on your personal skills. This role requires excellent communication skills in English, with ability to communicate within a large organization and international stakeholders. 
You have an analytical and problem-solving mindset; you are self-motivated and can work independently as well as lead and coordinate different work groups of different cultures.

Your mission
In this varied position, you lead a diverse team of IT professionals, spread out over France, South Africa, UK, Ghana and Finland. You make sure that assigned services are produced in accordance with policies and directives in the most efficient way and ensure stability in operations. The role also involves:

Following up to ensure that all actions required are executed, and introduce, operate, change or retire components in operations, whether it involves people, services, hardware or software
Escalating current and foreseen future issues affecting production according to policies, instructions and organizational setup
Ensuring follow up and reporting is being performed for production metrics, e.g. cost, budget, incidents, capacity, according to agreements and produced services

Your character
We are looking for someone with a university degree in IT, or equivalent knowledge and prior experience of a corresponding job in a global company. Knowledge of ITIL and agile methods are required, and we hope you have a sound experience in escalation procedures. You possess excellent leadership and collaboration skills and have a background of minimum 2 years of leading global teams. As we operate in a global setting, solid English proficiency is needed, both verbal and written.
As you interact with many parts of our organization, you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills suitable for a diverse audience. With great empathy and patience, you have an ability to be caring without being controlling, despite not being able to meet your colleagues physically, and you build trust by standing up for your team when needed.
