Dina arbetsuppgifter i huvudsak
Vi söker nu en projektmedarbetare för ett konsultuppdrag via Poolia. Uppdraget är på heltid med placeringsort i Sandviken. Viss möjlighet till distansarbete finns enligt överenskommelse. Anställningsperioden sträcker sig från 1 november 2025 till 30 april 2026. Resor i tjänsten kan förekomma.

Som projektmedarbetare får du en central roll i att stödja projektledaren och projektgruppen i att nå projektets mål. Du arbetar aktivt i projektets olika delar, delar information internt på ett kommunikativt sätt och representerar verksamheten externt i möten med företag och andra intressenter.

Detta är en roll för dig som trivs i en dynamisk miljö, är lösningsorienterad och har lätt för att ta till dig ny kunskap.

I rollen som projektmedarbetare kommer du bland annat att:
- Ansvara för att planera och genomföra din egen arbetsinsats.
- Samarbeta med kollegor för att främja effektivt samarbete och nå gemensamma mål.
- Sätta dig in i projektets bakgrund, mål och ramar.
- Följa regelverk för offentligt finansierade projekt (t.ex. offentlig upphandling och offentlighetsprincipen).
- Assistera projektledaren i planering, riskstyrning och måluppföljning.
- Bidra med kunskap, föreslå förbättringar och rapportera avvikelser.
- Dokumentera och regelbundet rapportera läge och resultat till projektledaren.
- Verka som ambassadör för projektet och säkerställa korrekt dokumentation vid företagsbesök och insatser (t.ex. deminimishantering).

Vem är du?
För rollen som projektmedarbetare söker vi dig som har en relevant utbildning, med lägst kandidatexamen inom industriell ekonomi, ekonomi, datavetenskap eller ett liknande område. Du har en grundläggande kompetens inom det aktuella verksamhetsområdet och kan, med viss arbetsledning, självständigt utföra avgränsade och enklare uppgifter.

Vi ser gärna att du har minst ett års dokumenterad erfarenhet av att arbeta i EU-finansierade projekt eller motsvarande, samt erfarenhet av att skapa och utveckla kundrelationer och av att samverka med en mångfald av aktörer. Eftersom rollen innebär många kontaktytor både internt och externt krävs en god kommunikativ förmåga. Du behöver därför kunna uttrycka dig väl på både svenska och engelska, i tal såväl som i skrift.

Säkerhetskontoret är ett nytt kontor på kommunstyrelseförvaltningen. På kontoret samlas kommunens strateger och samordnare inom säkerhetsskydd, informationssäkerhet, krisberedskap, totalförsvar, fysisk säkerhet och dataskydd. Kontoret är i en uppstartsfas och ser ett behov att stärka våra förmågor inom dataskydd och informationssäkerhet, därför söker vi nu ett dataskyddsombud. ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Som dataskyddsombud och informationssäkerhetssamordnare kommer du att spela en nyckelroll i att säkerställa att Sandvikens kommun hanterar personuppgifter i enlighet med dataskyddsförordningen (GDPR) och andra relevanta lagar. Du kommer att ha en oberoende granskande roll och säkerställa att vi efterlever gällande dataskyddsbestämmelser. 

Du kommer bland annat att:

• Stötta med råd och stöd inom dataskyddsfrågor samt jobba med utbildning och information till personal.
• Bygga och medverka i olika nätverk och grupperingar där frågor om dataskydd hanteras.
• Stötta vid genomförande av konsekvensbedömningar.
• Fungera som vår kontaktperson gentemot Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY) och andra relevanta aktörer.
• Samarbeta tätt med kommunens övriga specialister inom juridik, informationssäkerhet, IT-säkerhet och dataskydd.
• Följa upp och kontrollera att reglerna i GDPR och andra författningar efterlevs genom årliga kontroller och rapporter.
• Delta i utvecklingsarbete och säkerställa att dataskyddsprocesserna uppdateras och efterlevs.
• Bidra till att hitta lösningar som säkerställer att vi följer lagkrav samtidigt som vi utvecklar verksamheten och våra arbetssätt. 

Utöver rollen som dataskyddsombud kommer du att arbeta med kommunens systematiska informationssäkerhetsarbete tillsammans med informationssäkerhetsstrateg. Arbetsuppgifterna kan komma att utformas efter behov och kompetens, men kan inkludera till exempel att stödja verksamheter med att klassificera information, utbilda, eller att granska informationssäkerhetsarbetet.

KVALIFIKATIONER
Vi söker dig som:

• Har en akademisk examen inom juridik, informationssäkerhet eller annan relevant utbildning som arbetsgivaren bedömer som likvärdig.
• Har goda kunskaper om dataskyddslagstiftning.
• Har några års erfarenhet av att arbeta med dataskyddsfrågor. 

Det är meriterande om du:  

• Har god förståelse för offentlighet- och sekretesslagen, informations- och cyberssäkerhetsjuridik.
• Har erfarenhet av att arbeta med dataskyddsfrågor i offentlig sektor.
• Har erfarenhet av att arbeta med informationssäkerhet eller något av säkerhetskontorets andra verksamhetsområden.  
• Har kunskap om, eller erfarenhet av att arbeta med, ISO27001 och andra säkerhetsstandarder.
• Har kunskap om, eller erfarenhet av att arbeta med, IT-juridiska frågor.

För att lyckas i rollen krävs att du är kommunikativ, har lätt till samarbete och är lyhörd för olika situationer och behov. Du har förmåga att se frågor ur ett verksamhetsperspektiv och mod att ta dig an komplexa frågeställningar. Du är självgående och har förmåga att planera och prioritera arbetet på ett effektivt sätt, samtidigt som du behåller fokus och lugn även när det uppstår oväntade situationer eller tidspress. Du är inte rädd för att ta initiativ och driva frågor framåt, även när ramarna inte är helt satta.

Med grund i en personlig mognad har du ett starkt engagemang, god uthållighet och hittar nya vägar framåt när det tar emot. Din flexibilitet gör att du kan växla mellan olika arbetsuppgifter och anpassa dig till förändrade omständigheter. Eftersom vi är i ett utvecklingsskede är det också viktigt att du trivs i en föränderlig miljö där du har möjlighet att påverka och forma arbetet.

Your mission
In this position, you’re responsible for the end-to-end global incident management for IT services within the entire Sandvik Group – ensuring the right resources and coordinating solutions for everything from minor setbacks to larger issues that may impact all parts of our business.
You make sure incidents are resolved according to service level agreements, and you host and coordinate meetings with both internal and external resolver groups. By providing a strong leadership and direction during the full resolution cycle, and by communicating with relevant parties, you and your team produce action plans to remedy any potential SLO (Service Level Objectives) breach. Report, follow up and hand over to other teams for further investigation are other important items on your agenda. Additionally, you make sure that relevant stakeholders receive accurate and updated information, and you’re also responsible for ensuring compliance in our incident processes and following the violation governance.
Your character
We’re looking for a senior IT professional with broad knowledge of IT incident management in global settings and you’re skilled in ITIL V4 Foundation and other similar processes. You have a relevant degree within IT or Computer Science and if you have a background within IT project management or problem management it’s beneficial. You’re fluent in English, while knowledge in Swedish is a plus.
You’re socially skilled and enjoy working in shifting settings, having a drive for technological development. Communicative as you are you easily interact with people and showing great stakeholder management. You’re innovative and able to see the big picture and at the same time focus on details when required. You engage your team and leading the way with your visionary and can-do-attitude.

About the job

Dina arbetsuppgifter
Till en av våra kunder i Sandviken söker vi nu en dataanalytiker inom tillgångar. I denna roll arbetar du med hantering av fastighetstillgångsdata, där du är involverad i hela arbetsprocessen – från skapande till avslut. Responsibilities

You will be a key player and with your team have full responsibility to enable and develop the new Identity landscape for SMT, which includes both supporting the existing business processes realized both on prem and in the cloud as well as driving the change to support a fully digitized business process while at the same time supporting the external and internal regulatory requirements our business face.
 
You must feel at home both in the Architecture and Business as it will be very important to liaise with the business stakeholders to support the digitalization of SMT. 
 
You will have flexible working conditions and your base will be at our Sandviken or Kista offices but as neither your team nor the SMT business is solely located at these two locations, international travel is a requirement for this role.


 You will report to the Head of Digital Security & Compliance.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a Bachelor of Science in IT or the equivalent experience including Identity & Access Management Architecture. Previous experience architectural and operational work in the I&AM; or Security area, is required. 
 
As we are running a cloud first environment deep competence and experience in Azure Active Directory and its adjacent areas is a requirement, as well as competence in the on prem Active Directory and its adjacent areas 
 
End2End automated IAM provisioning experience as well as IAM experience of a modern multi vendor IAM-environment will be advantageous. 
 
Preference will be given to holders of relevant Digital Security certifications, e.g.: CISSP, GIAC, etc.  
 
As US English is our corporate language, and networking with global business stakeholder is crucial to this role, English is a requirement. Fluent Swedish as well as other language skills are advantageous. 
 
A key focus in the SMT Digital Security function is to enable all members to grow, as such you will be expected to contribute to the personal development of your team members while also being reciprocated.

Responsibilities
Looking for the green field opportunity to take your career to the next level? Look no further, here you will be the leader for the enablement of a modern and future proof Identity & Access Management, delivery taking SMT into the 2020s and beyond.  

You will be a key player and with your team have full responsibility to enable the new Identity landscape for SMT, which includes both supporting the existing business processes realized both on prem and in the cloud as well as driving the change to support a fully digitized business process while at the same time supporting the external and internal regulatory requirements our business face.  

You will have flexible working conditions and your base will be in Sandviken but as neither your team nor the SMT business is solely located in Sandviken, international travel is a requirement for this role.   
You will report to the Head of Digital Security & Compliance.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a Bachelor of Science in IT or the equivalent experience including Identity & Access Management service delivery or managing other IT delivery to businesses. Previous experience from a managerial position, including managing suppliers, is advantageous. 
Preference will be given to holders of relevant Digital Security certifications, e.g.: CISSP, GIAC,
etc.  

As networking with global business stakeholder is crucial to this role, fluent English is a requirement. Preference will be given to fluent Swedish speakers, and other languages are advantageous. 

A key focus in the SMT Digital Security function is to enable all members to grow, as such you
will be expected to contribute to the personal development of your team members while also
being reciprocated.
