Your role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced M3 Manager to lead our M3 Finance and Procurement team and initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M3 Finance and/or finance processes, excellent stakeholder collaboration and experience from global ERP implementations.
Main responsibilities:
Lead the M3 Finance and Procurement Team: Set clear goals and priorities to align the team’s efforts with organizational objectives. Foster team well-being and encourage innovation and continuous learning.
Oversee M3 Finance Solutions: Manage M3 Finance solutions from both business process and system perspectives. Serve as the Alleima template owner for M3 Finance.
Drive M3 Implementations: Ensure process implementations meet organizational needs, system logic, information quality, and usability, maximizing the system’s capabilities.
Secure Requirement Specifications: Ensure all requirements for change requests are clearly defined and fulfilled.
Facilitate Stakeholder Collaboration: Analyze and understand the needs of stakeholders (process owners, experts, and key users) and promote effective communication and collaboration for successful outcomes.
Support Process Development: Work with process owners to ensure business processes comply with legal requirements and Alleima regulations. Continuously seek opportunities to optimize and enhance standard M3 solutions.
Develop the Organization: Drive competence development within your team and manage resource allocation, including external sourcing.



Your Profile
We are looking for a candidate with a university degree in finance or equivalent professional experience. You have proven experience in M3 Finance or other ERP systems. Experience from global organizations is an advantage as we work in an international environment.

Join Division Tube at Alleima as IT Manager
Alleima, a leader in advanced materials technology, is seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Manager to join our Division Tube team. This role is based in Sandviken Sweden and is integral to our global operations.


About the Job
As the IT Manager for division Tube, you will be responsible for both the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of our IT environment. You lead and develop Tube’s IT Function in close collaboration with the business. A key part is driving a successful rollout of a comprehensive ERP system, making sure to keep operations and our IT application landscape efficient and secure, and in parallel support Tubes business to positioning our division in the digital era.
Tube IT is a +100 co-workers' global function – out of whom most are in Sandviken - with local presence mainly in connection to where our larger production units are located.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and executing on IT strategies aligned with business objectives



Ensuring agility, adaptability and competence in response to evolving digital business needs



Carry out strong cross functional collaboration to secure Alleima in the sense of cybersecurity, cost awareness and securing our total IT landscape works well together



Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure



Cost and budget responsibility for the function but also overseeing the total IT cost of division Tube



About You
We are looking for someone with the following:
Proven experience in IT management within a global organization
Strong stakeholder management, leadership and team management skills
Ability to adapt and respond to changing business environments, including being able to grasp business processes and summarize and communicate these as part of the vision and strategy of the IT Function
Experience from ERP implementations and project management
Excellent communication skills with fluent English

As Head of Enterprise Services, you are accountable for managing all aspects of the service and service production, ensuring delivery to users and managing outsourcing environments. You define the content of the service and follow up service levels both internally and externally. Establishing good cooperation with key stakeholders and business representatives and contributing to the overall development of Standard Services' function within Sandvik Materials Technology IT are also some of your accountabilities. We are looking for someone with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, IT or another relevant field, and experience from global IT delivery and managing IT delivery to businesses. Previous experience from a managerial position, including managing suppliers, is necessary, while familiarity with our business and Sandvik’s HR system and processes is advantageous. Working in an international setting, your communication skills in English, as well as Swedish, must be excellent, in both writing and speaking.
