Key performance areas
In this position, your general responsibilities include:
Creating, distributing, and maintaining business information
Understanding and managing the requirements and demands within the area in close collaboration with your colleagues

Your background and profile
We’re looking for someone who holds a degree in Economics, IT, Statistics, Engineering or Mathematics with a few years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and BI. Since we operate in a global environment, you need to be proficient in written and verbal English.
Very good understanding of sales processes and concepts
Knowledge of Dynamics CRM and SAP sales processes is a big advantage
Very experienced in Power BI and associated coding solutions (Power Query, M and DAX)
Experience in data modeling
Good general understanding of relational databases such as and ORACLE and their respective languages, data cubes and analysis services,
Knowledge in services, such as Power Automate, for creating and maintaining automated workflows
Experience with DataBricks and/or Azure Synapse service is a plus as well as familiarity with obtaining data via SAP Business Warehouse and Azure.
Experience with demand management processes is a plus

This is you
We’re looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or any other related field. You also have other hands-on experience within different characteristics of engineering and Machine Learning:
Defining AI and Automation use cases, building tech organizations and driving growth
Understanding of both new and old product offerings, together with knowledge of the value they bring and the ecosystem surrounding them
Deep understanding of Data Analytics
Teaching data science or training customers
Have previously worked in an international environment

Job Summary
As an M&A analyst, you will support colleagues across the division to identify targets in line with our strategy. You will take responsibility for the preparation of the business case, analysing the suitability of the identified target and fit to the Tube Division strategy through to assisting the division team in deal execution. This involves coordination with a number of key stakeholders, including presenting to executive management. You will secure our M&A pipeline, constantly updating the status of key targets and our M&A activity with them.

Extensive global travel to project sites and acquisition targets will be an expected part of the role. The location of this role will be flexible, though we have a preference to be Asia based

Your main responsible includes:
· Gathering available information on a target company using public sources and key financial resources

· Creating financial valuations utilising a number of models, and evaluating in an industry context

· Supporting the preparation of business cases at each stage of our M&A evaluation

· Support business management in the execution of the deal

· Identify resources required for successful post acquisition integration

· Assis the wider strategy team with key business intelligence as required

Your profile
We are looking for someone with a Master’s degree in finance related subject or relevant on the job experience, as well as a proven track record from a relevant industry. Ability to communicate effectively and present compelling business case to key stakeholders; Analytical mindset to identify opportunities fitting with our strategy; Critical financial analysis tools including valuation models; Capability of working in a matrix organisation in a complex global environment; Creativity & flexibility; Strategic thinking; Planning and organizing; Fluent in English.
