Your Role
As a Finance Trainee at Alleima, you’ll embark on an 18?month journey built to give you a deep understanding of our financial operations and strategic decision?making processes. Through three structured rotations, you will gain broad experience across the finance organization, work closely with experts, and contribute to real business outcomes.


During the program, you will:
Rotate through several finance roles, gaining hands?on experience across core financial processes within Alleima.
Participate in structured learning modules, mentorship sessions, and regular development check?ins.
Build the financial and analytical skills needed to support performance, growth, and strategic decisions.

Your program journey includes:
6 months in Sandviken – building a strong foundation in our core financial operations at a production unit.
6 months within our Business Units – gaining hands?on insight into financial performance and business partnering.
6 months at Group Function – deepening your understanding of group-level control, governance, and strategy.

After completing all three rotations, you will be ready to strengthen one of our finance teams and continue your long?term growth with us.


About You
You have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business and Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. You are self-motivated, curious, and open to new challenges, with a strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills. A proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential for success in this role.


You are passionate about model development, system expertise, and digitalization within finance, and you are comfortable working with data and financial tools. Proficiency in Excel is required, and experience with financial systems is considered an advantage. Effective communication skills in both English and Swedish, verbally and in writing, are essential, and additional language skills are a plus.

About the job
In this position, you’re responsible for the reporting and analytical needs within your area as well as to:
Create, distribute, and maintain business information

About you
We’re looking for someone who holds a degree in Economics, IT, Statistics, Engineering or Mathematics with several years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and BI. Since we act in a global environment, you need to be proficient in written and verbal English.
Very good understanding of finance processes
Good understanding of SAP data and processes for finance is a big advantage
Advanced user in Power BI and associated coding solutions (Power Query, M and DAX)
Experience in data modeling
Experience in requirements management and stakeholder management
Good general understanding of relational databases such as and ORACLE and their respective languages, data cubes and analysis services,
Knowledge in services such as Power Automate for creating and maintaining automated workflows.
Experience with DataBricks and/or Azure Synapse service is a plus as well as familiarity with obtaining data via SAP Business Warehouse and Azure.
Knowledge and experience with processes and procedures relating to Sandvik Coromant Finance is highly desired.

Job Summary
As an M&A analyst, you will support colleagues across the division to identify targets in line with our strategy. This involves coordination with a number of key stakeholders, including presenting to executive management. You will secure our M&A pipeline, constantly updating the status of key targets and our M&A activity with them.

Extensive global travel to project sites and acquisition targets will be an expected part of the role. The location of this role will be flexible, though we have a preference to be Asia based

Your main responsible includes:
· Gathering available information on a target company using public sources and key financial resources

· Creating financial valuations utilising a number of models, and evaluating in an industry context

· Supporting the preparation of business cases at each stage of our M&A evaluation

This role comes with a broad financial responsibility for AB Sandvik Coromant and our business in Sandviken, Västberga and Gimo. The job
For us, sustainable success is a team effort and we do our very best to deliver reliable and proactive financial information and be a trusted business partner for the organization. Working as Finance Manager for AB Sandvik Coromant, this means that you’re a significant driving force in managing and developing our overall financial control, and you work actively to optimize all parts included in this area. You lead month end activities – connected to closings, fixed assets and stock accounting - and you coordinate and support analyzes, audits and validation of internal controls. Another important part of your job is to ensure compliance with tax regulations, IFRS, local GAAP and internal reporting policies.


You manage a team of totally 15 employees, including three operational leads, within the areas of General Accounting, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, as well as our Shared Services. Together, you have a joint responsibility for standardized tools and ways of working, and for finding improvements in our daily operations. You report directly to the Managing Director (MD) of AB Sandvik Coromant, and you’re also a valued member of our Financial Control Network.


Your background and what we find important
·       Extensive experience from general accounting and the skills to apply this in detail in a global manufacturing industry
·       Knowledge of IFRS and of Swedish accounting procedures, regulations and forms
·       A university degree in Finance
·       The ability to effectively form, manage and coach cross-organizational teams
·       The skills to build structure and find synergies in a decentralized business
·       Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
