About the Assignment
You will support a product area within a global industrial technology environment that is continuing to strengthen its agile ways of working. In this role, you will help establish and operationalize product strategies, coach teams and leaders, and contribute to a more mature and consistent product organization. The assignment combines strategic work with hands-on coaching and close collaboration across leadership, product teams, and agile enablement functions.
Job DescriptionDrive and support the development of product strategies for teams within the product area.
Ensure alignment with the organization’s agile maturity model and strategic objectives.
Organize and facilitate agile meetings for the Product Area Leadership Team and manage the backlog.
Support roadmap-related activities through preparation, coordination, and follow-up.
Identify future needs, improvements, and organizational recommendations for the product area.
Coach leaders and teams in agile ways of working.
Support product teams in backlog structure and refinement, prioritization, capacity planning, and ways of working.
Clarify roles, responsibilities, and collaboration models across teams.
Mentor and support a newly onboarded PA Coach in their continued development.
Support or lead communities of practice and cross-team sync sessions to strengthen alignment and collaboration.
Requirements5–10 years of experience as an agile coach or similar role.
Excellent understanding of agile frameworks and principles.
Experience coaching both leaders and teams in agile ways of working.
Hands-on experience providing guidance, support, and concrete recommendations.
Experience facilitating workshops, kick-offs, and training sessions.
Strong documentation skills and the ability to develop processes and training materials.
Ability to plan, structure, and lead work independently.
Fluent Swedish and English.
Nice to haveExperience with product management practices.

We are looking for a senior specialist within Identity and Access Management to support the continued development, integration, and maintenance of identity lifecycle processes. In this assignment, you will work in a complex enterprise environment with OpenText Identity Manager, contributing to stable, scalable, and efficient identity governance solutions in close collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders.
Job DescriptionDevelop and maintain integrations between OpenText Identity Manager and target systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, Active Directory, and Azure Entra ID.
Create, maintain, and improve business logic within the OpenText Identity Manager platform.
Design, develop, and maintain workflows in OpenText IDM.
Implement and maintain integrations using OpenText driver technology, REST API drivers, and JDBC.
Extend and customize schemas within OpenText IDM when needed.
Support joiner, mover, leaver, and governance processes together with cross-functional teams.
Contribute to version control and deployment processes using Azure DevOps and GitHub.
Support the architecture, development, and continuous improvement of the IDM platform.
RequirementsDeep knowledge of the OpenText Identity Manager platform.
Strong experience with OpenText driver technology.
Experience with Workday integrations and standard JDBC integrations.
Strong knowledge of the OpenText REST API Driver.
Experience with customized schema extensions in OpenText IDM.
Experience working with OpenText Designer.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps and GitHub for version control and collaboration.

We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to act as the first point of contact and provide IT support and service to users in an international environment. You will support customers across multiple regions and work according to established processes, instructions, and service level agreements.
Job DescriptionProvide first-line support via phone, remote support, and email
Investigate, diagnose, and resolve incidents and service requests
Log and manage calls and emails in the incident handling system
Support users with computer equipment and internal systems, including guidance, training, and advice
Maintain a high level of customer service and follow agreed SLAs
Escalate complex issues to relevant 2nd/3rd line teams
Share knowledge with colleagues globally and assist on technical issues
