About the job
The main purpose of your job is to ensure that our pricing strategies are implemented and executed in SANE, you do this in close collaboration with Sales, Finance, Offer Management and Offer Pricing. To develop pricing strategies for turnkey projects and MTM partners as well as for distributors, you also work closely with our Strategic Relations organization.
Your responsibilities include:
Leading the work of examining, evaluating and summarizing the strategic, financial and administrative implications of proposed or implemented pricing tactics
Driving all price-related activities in close cooperation with Sales Area management team and global pricing roles
Manage and lead your pricing team and create a common way of working and processes, provide feedback with a continuous performance management activity and grow their competences
Acting as process owner for the price planning and pricing policies and be a process owner for implementing pricing strategies for new offer, ensuring pricing feedback from markets and consolidated feedback to the global pricing function and to product management
Establish a performance management structure to follow-up on relevant pricing targets
Hands on pricing analysis and price planning for a designed Sales Clusters.
The primary location for this position is Kista or Sandviken, Sweden, however, for the right candidate the location can be more flexible within Northern Europe. We offer you to spend some of your time remotely. Travel is a natural part of your job.
About you
We’re looking for someone with a university degree in either Business Administration, Pricing, Finance or Sales Management combined with solid work experience from one of the above areas. You have advanced knowledge of Excel and proven ability to get results within a matrix organization. Acting in a truly global environment calls for excellent skills in English, verbally and in writing. Knowledge in Swedish is an advantage.
Being a strategic thinker with a holistic view gives you the ability to act on both short and long-term goals. Your excellent organizational skills and capability to identify and express the needs of others are key to success in this job. With your excellent communication skills, you build strong relationships based on trust and honesty and you have no problem in acting cross functionally and cross border. Finally, your natural way of networking gives you a good understanding of stakeholder needs.
