Your mission
You lead the strategic development and execution of global demand marketing initiatives. Your work drives customer acquisition, pipeline growth, and measurable business impact. You plan and optimize multi-channel marketing programs, manage lead generation and nurturing processes, and align closely with sales, product, and analytics teams to ensure results.
Your focus ahead lies in:
Developing and executing demand generation strategies across global, regional, and local markets to support business growth for both direct and indirect channels.
Owning the campaign roadmap and lifecycle planning for inbound and outbound programs.
Leading integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, paid media, and events.
Managing lead capture, scoring, and nurturing to maximize conversion.
Using data and analytics to evaluate performance and optimize ROI.

You also define and monitor KPIs like Customer Lifecycle Value, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution. You lead a global organization of talents and also manages cross-functional teams of campaign managers, digital marketing specialists, analysts, and content creators, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Collaboration is key – you partner with stakeholders across product and solutions management, sales, brand, and digital transformation.
The location is flexible between our Sandvik Coromant offices. You report to the Vice President of Marketing and Communication and will be a part of the functional leadership team.

In this role, you play a crucial role driving marketing strategy to support the strategic plan and transformation efforts. Your Role


In this role, you take the ownership and steer strategic and operational marketing activities for the assigned industries (Aerospace & Medical), this in close collaboration with our Sales channels, Technology Department and all departments in our Production Units.
As part of a Global Marketing Team in our Business Unit Tube Specialized, you are responsible to develop and execute a global strategy for our Aerospace & Medical products in line with our Division Tube’s strategy.
The core responsibilities for this role are:

· To offer solutions and products for both Medical & Aerospace segments.
· To manage the development and the execution of the global strategy plan for your assigned industries.
· Following the Aerospace & Medical developments with developing in parallel our offer based on Tubing application and Engineering Solutions.
· To support the Aerospace & Medical Key Initiatives and actions plan .
· To drive new business opportunities from strategy up to first orders.
· To play an active role in developing our production regionalization,
· To design and execute on a product portfolio branding campaign including marketing, exhibitions and technical conferences.
· Act as a Key Account Manager for large customers when required.

The position is located in Sandviken, Sweden.
About You


To succeed in this role, you are recognized in delivering excellent successful experience in strategic business development, and you have solid knowledge in the Medical segment within industrial environment and ideally in Aerospace market. With that, you are curious and keen to explore new opportunities and constantly keep an eye on developments and market trends.
Ideally with a degree in mechanical engineering or a MBA, you have a minimum of technical knowledge in the field of metallurgy/engineering, but as well experienced in building marketing and business plan for new product development and launch.
You are able to analyze business environment and combine strategy with practical action and increase customer value and our competitiveness.
By your communication, you know how to build solid, trustworthy relationships and you are able to work with internal and external stakeholders to create synergy and gain commitment to execute business plan.
Operating in a global environment requires excellent communication skills in English.
It is an advantage to have work experiences from an international company. Our Business Unit is advancing towards a growth journey and requires strategic thinking towards business expansion globally. A proven track record of leading strategy assignments/projects will be an added advantage.

About the job
Once you join us in this position, you’re a key player for Sandvik Coromant. Together with your team, you ensure that our brand and company direction are carried forward with a clear and consistent voice through activities and platforms that showcase our brand position in the minds of customers, employees, talent and external stakeholders. This includes managing the full spectra of the Sandvik Coromant brand and PR strategy globally - highlighting key differentiators that set us apart from our competitors and identifying ways to amplify these attributes; conveying the corporate culture and experience.


Your areas of responsibility include brand management, PR, employer branding, community involvement, social media and customer experience insights. As owner of brand management, you’re our brand expert ensuring a 360 view of activating our brand, securing the look and feel, as well as our trademarks and brand procedures. You manage strategies and budgets, and you develop and execute on activity plans in various channels through a global thought leadership plan with the purpose to further strengthen the Sandvik Coromant brand. Excellent teamwork and having an integrated communication approach are central in this job to ensure that we maximize our content internally and externally. Cooperating with key stakeholders, both within the department and outside, is something you work proactively with. You embrace new technologies, explore trends and find innovative ways of communicating and utilizing digital channels. To ensure that we make the most of our investments, you also gather, analyze and interpret both your own insights and the world around you.


You’re a transparent, supportive and motivational leader for your own global team of five experts, and you report to the Head of Corporate Communication and Brand. The location for this position is flexible between our Sandvik Coromant offices in Sandviken or Stockholm, although you do need to be present at our headquarters in Sandviken on a regular basis. Some global travel is also included in your job.


About you
We’re looking for someone with a broad background in the field of marketing, and especially from brand management and PR in a B2B context of a multinational company, preferably within a manufacturing setting. Your career includes experience from leading teams and individuals in different locations globally, and you actively engage in developing the people around you. You’re an excellent writer, and since we’re a truly global company with high presence in Sweden, your communication skills in English and in Swedish must be exceptional.


Being organized, inventive and inspiring, you bring everyone onboard as you lead us towards pushing boundaries in our brand and PR work. You plan, prioritize and ensure great results, and it’s by clear communication, reliable collaborations and solid networks you make it happen. With a creative and structured approach, you’re also able to visualize plans. Naturally, you’re both curious and highly tech-driven, and you challenge us to make smart and timely decisions based on solid analytics and insights. Your sincere and engaging approach help you build trust, and you’re very skilled at creating engagement and driving change. On top of this, you have a flexible and unassuming approach, and you’re known for your ability to deliver on the big scale. About the job
In this role, you develop and execute comprehensive strategies that drive awareness, generate demand, and ultimately lead to the acquisition of customers. You conduct market research to identify target customer segments and develop a comprehensive GTM strategy that focuses on the Total Offer perspective as well as standalone actions. You define KPIs and track relevant metrics to measure the success of said GTM strategy. In order to expand our reach and maximize sales opportunities, you build and manage relationships with channel partners, distributors, resellers, and strategic alliances.
Cross-functional collaboration is a significant part of your job, and you collaborate with a significant number of stakeholders. Here’s a few examples:
Product management, sales and marketing – to define the product positioning, value proposition and messaging
Customers – in order to get feedback, analyze market trends, and monitoring customer satisfaction
Sales team – to provide with necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively sell our solutions
R&D, finance and operations – to align goals, share insights, and drive effective execution of the GTM strategy

The location for this position is preferably in Stockholm, though Sandviken can also be an option.

About you
We put a lot of emphasis on your leadership capabilities and your ability to initiate and facilitate change management. You’re a strategic thinker with a prominent ability to translate market and customer insights to strategies that can be launched and followed up. You’re clearly motivated, confident, humble, an efficient collaborator, and you take initiative when the situation calls for it. To top things off, you’re also result-oriented and have the ability to follow up on financials.
We’re looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field – having a master’s degree is advantageous. We prefer it if you have a background as a project/product manager, however, it is not a definitive requirement. Preferably, you have demonstrated experience in marketing, sales or product management within an industry like ours. Since we act on a global level, you’re efficient in both written and verbal English.
