We’re right now gearing up for big changes – such as one of the biggest current ERP implementations of the Nordic region, as well as a Product Information Management (PIM) initiative, AI and increased automation – all in order to create a seamless flow of information across our organization. For our Process Development team, we’re looking for a Business Process Architect within PLM. Are you a driven people person with good communication and facilitation skills? Let’s shape the future together!
In this role, you work in the borderlands between IT and the business – optimizing and developing our processes, information and IT systems to create and maintain information about our products. Excellent information structures and data quality of product information is the key to our production and our customer offerings. You work together with your colleagues to ensure strict but flexible data, to meet the demands of our external and internal users.
You take responsibility for the design and implementation of processes and solutions for our products and services within the department. With a toolbox of methods acquired through previous experience, you have the confidence and know-how to lead us through times of constant change. Working with a holistic view, you aim for efficient product creation and engineering processes in the long-term perspective. With your solid knowledge of modeling solutions and methods, combined with good pedagogic skills, you facilitate process modeling, lead and participate in system change projects, and run workshops and pre-studies.
This position gives you the flexibility to choose your own working location within a time zone corresponding to Sweden, although some physical presence at our site in Sandviken is expected post Covid-19, to strengthen relations and keep a good team spirit.

What you need to succeed
University degree within a relevant field, or equivalent knowledge acquired through work
Solid experience from working with process modeling solutions
Proven track record of business process implementations in bigger organizations
Excellent English communication and networking skills

Nice to have
Experience from IT system implementations in bigger organizations
Experience from working with PLM processes and related systems
Knowledge within Agile development, such as Scrum
Swedish language skills

For our Product Information to Customer team, we’re looking for an Information Architect – a self-motivated and structured problem-solver with excellent collaboration skills.
In this position, you’re an information architect as well as a data steward, making sure that we have the capability to meet future demands. You take a leading role in developing and governing Sandvik Coromant’s common product information structure, and also in setting processes, methods and standards. By prioritizing the right tasks to meet given deadlines, you roll up your sleeves and work operatively to deliver tangible results. Collaborating closely with other data stewards and architects across the organization, you build a broad network while making sure that our business has common reference points and are applying the governed information structure in a correct and efficient manner.
This position gives you some flexibility to choose your own working location, although weekly presence at our site in Sandviken is needed post Covid-19, in order to maintain strong personal networks and smooth collaboration.

Requirements
Relevant university degree
Relevant work experience, such as a Business-, Process-, Information-, or IT Architect
Data management knowledge
Experienced in working with enterprise modeling solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to have
Work experience within information modeling and architecture
Understanding of Industry 4.0, ISO 13399, ISO 10303 and related standards
Knowledge of our Sandvik Coromant products or similar tools
Experience from change management processes
Experience of working in or leading agile teams in product owner or scrum master roles
Swedish language skills

About the job
In this position, your purpose and overall objective is to establish and manage all elements of the enterprise information architecture in line with our strategy and business needs. The Business Architecture - Information Management team is mainly focused on IT agnostic questions, and one of your most vital tasks is to safeguard our common company information standards, such as terms and object definitions. You do this by identifying inconsistencies and determine their end-to-end business consequences and translate this to high-quality enterprise common master data. You’re the focal point of, and our expert in, enterprise-wide information architecture and master data related topics.
Essential parts of your work include:
coordinating and executing information architecture activities across the enterprise
closely collaborating with data stewards across our organization to streamline our work and ensure that we have a common point of reference
supporting the business in information modeling and governance according to our master data and information management framework
promoting, improving and applying the enterprise information model across the business to ensure that the information is structured, consolidated and reused - meeting business needs and requirements as well a ensuring that the data is consistent across our business systems
partnering with the business to ensure that our technical solutions are align with our needs by translating information architecture conclusions into tangible requirements on solution implementations and data integrations.

This position is preferably located in Sweden - either in Sandviken or Stockholm. However, a location somewhere in Europe could be discussed if you're willing to travel to Sweden on a regular basis.
About you
We're looking for an experienced and confident information architect who’s highly skilled in information modelling. Ideally, you have an academic degree in engineering, computer science or business administration. Certifications in enterprise, IT, or business architecture are also highly valued. You have a history of transforming strategic and specific business needs into a solid information architecture well suited to support future-proof IT solutions and data integrations. As we operate in a global setting, you need excellent communication skills in English.
We highly value your personal qualities, where your logical thinking, foresight and integrity combined with excellent communication skills are essential qualities for this job. You're also used to interacting with senior stakeholders, and your sense of ownership enables you to independently manage your own agenda in an otherwise collaborative environment.
