Your mission
This position contributes to developing and successfully implementing our future global ERP templates. You scout for innovative digital solutions we can use to keep our position as a frontrunner and being the link between business and IT delivery/system integrator teams; you supply safe system solutions supporting E2E Planning processes. You have a proper eye for value creation when supporting the business in mapping and driving continuous improvements, and you ensure that business processes are designed to meet the departments' strategic ambitions, and that digitalization benefits are explored and engineered into the processes. Participating in the training and coaching of stakeholders with various backgrounds is something that you find exciting and with your pedagogical skills, you ensure successful uptake of the best practices.
Some of your responsibilities are to safeguard the Rock Tools ambition of seamless flow of data, transparency and visibility by standardization and harmonization across all units. In addition, you’re driving the collection of identified opportunities and challenges connected to the process and assisting in prioritization and cost and benefits analysis. You make sure that applicable legislation and established policies and guidelines are reflected in the process development and that design are conducted following the framework of the Process Governance model.

You’ll have flexible working conditions, although your base is either in Stockholm/Västberga or Sandviken, where we have our major production hubs. Some travel is normally included to get a deeper understanding of the needs of our global business’

Your character
Your background is formed within Information Technology and Supply Chain Management. You have a deep understanding of E2E Planning Processes such as demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, production scheduling and what drives the overall performance. In addition, you have a good understanding of the link between processes and Information Technology, and you’re experienced in SAP S4/Hana or other ERP systems. To succeed in this position, you also check the boxes for solid experience in a planning system, preferable Voyager, and approximately five years’ experience in Supply Chain. You hold a relevant University degree specializing in IT, Supply Chain, Business or Engineering, and you have experienced a business transformation, most likely in a leading position as functional lead or similar or by assisting in the same. It’s a big plus if you have been involved in implementation of new ERP system, preferable greenfield of SAP S4/Hana.

Your mission
In this position, you initially find yourself responsible for our process design and development in a team-leading context. By addressing production challenges and opportunities you enable the Global Management Team and our Global Process Owner to drive operational excellence. You’re the one ensuring business processes to be designed in a way that meets our strategic ambition and that the benefits of digitalization are curiously explored. Progressively your position transits into being our expert driving global change projects to define the Rock Tools future processes and solutions. Supporting the operations to figure out new ways of working and translating them into design documents. This job presents a great chance to create a modern, effective and visionary structure based on the information technology needs of our business.
Some of your other primary responsibilities are to safeguard Rock Tools’ ambition of reaching a seamless flow of data, transparency, and visibility by standardization and harmonization across all units. You have a high focus on value creation and your mind is constantly scouting for new and innovative possibilities to introduce to the organization. In addition, you drive projects that contribute to developing and successfully implementing global ERP templates. You’re distinct and passionate when you train and coach key stakeholders in the Process Governance Model, and working with our people, you're embrace other cultures and perspectives. Your character
Your background is formed within Information Technology and Supply Chain where you have about five years' experience, preferably in production, and you're confident in driving improved performance and change management. You hold a relevant university degree within IT, Supply Chain, Business or Engineering and you understand how processes and Information Technology are linked. You’re experienced in SAP S4/Hana or other ERP systems, and we appreciate that you have been part of a business transformation project in some way, preferably involving greenfield implementation of SAP S4/Hana and it's advantageous if you have insight into QA and Maintenance Management.
Your strong and persuasive communication skills come in handy when carrying out the ideas and innovations that engage our operations. Since we act on a global scene you need to be fluent in English and feel confident speaking and writing professionally. Of course, you enjoy connecting with colleagues and partners worldwide and you have the ability to encourage and coach people to dedicated execution. You like spending some time in the spotlight practicing your pedagogical skills, and with your analytical mind you quickly adapt to new situations. Translating strategies into concrete, actionable execution plans is something you do naturally and in a way that is easy for your stakeholders to catch – you truly challenge us to think one step ahead, always with consistency and quality in mind!
