We are recruiting a Service Technician to strengthen our team in Sweden.
What will you do?
- Install, commission, inspect, troubleshoot and repair processing equipment supplied, or serviced by IPCO. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the full lifecycle of the equipment.
- Promote spare parts, maintenance requirements, upgrades, and service agreements.
- Coordinate, prepare, and ensure that all tools, parts and service equipment are maintained and available for service activities at the appropriate level of quality required by IPCO.
- Prepare all documentation and reports to be signed by the customer. Enter reports into IPCO CRM with actions assigned in a timely manner.
- Apply safety rules and practices as well as environmental responsibilities. Act in accordance to IPCO’s Code of Conduct. Report unsafe practices and incidents.
Who are you?
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
- 1-3 years of industrial or service experience.
- Experience in TIG welding. Certification is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Basic computer skills.
- Good communication skills and service minded.
- Drivers License is mandatory.
- Ability and willingness to travel (sometimes with short notice).
