Role description:
We are seeking a highly skilled lead to drive our IT Financial Management (ITFM) initiative. This role requires a seasoned professional with a technical background, exceptional organizational skills, and proven experience in the implementation of financial solutions and service models.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the ITFM initiative and the Common Service Data Model, aligning with strategic business and IT objectives.

Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, IT, and Business Units to gather requirements and drive adoption of service data models and ITFM practices.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience leading ITFM or Technology Business Management (TBM) initiatives.

Deep understanding of cost modelling, budgeting, forecasting, service modelling and chargeback/show back models.
Ability to align financial management practices with service-centric data structures to enhance transparency, accountability, and strategic decision-making across the IT landscape.
Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of bridging gaps between technical and financial teams.


Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with enterprise financial systems and ServiceNow
Understanding of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
TBM/ITFM certifications are a plus.

Avdelningen Business Planning & Logistics inom Tube IT Applications levererar system, business intelligence-lösningar och andra applikationstjänster inom områdena logistik, transport och lager; sales, finance och legal; råvaruhantering och produktionsplanering, samt kvalitet och facility management. Vi är för närvarande 12 personer, men räknar med att växa under 2022.
Arbetsuppgifter
Som Service Delivery Manager arbetar du självständigt med att planera, leda och följa upp leveransen för flera olika tjänsteområden. Det är en roll utan personalansvar, men med operativt ledarskap för det dagliga arbetet inom det egna ansvarsområdet, där du på ett självständigt sätt driver och utvecklar relationen till våra IT-användare och -kunder.
Målet är att upprätthålla en affärsrelation som är god, utvecklande och till nytta för våra systemanvändare såväl som för oss som intern IT-leverantör. Detta uppnås genom att säkerställa avtalade åtaganden genom målstyrning och uppföljning av tjänsteleveransen, samt att kontinuerligt utveckla och optimera tjänsterna.
Du arbetar i nära samarbete med systemutvecklare, verksamhetens representanter och externa partners. Du bistår dessa genom att:
· Planera och genomföra förvaltningsmöten med kunder och leverantörer.
· Ta emot och hantera krav på förändringar och nya funktioner i systemen.
· Planera, fördela och följa upp systemutvecklingsuppgifter, internt och hos våra externa leverantörer.
· Tillsammans med funktionschef och systemansvariga planera för nya funktioner, uppgraderingar, projekt och aktiviteter, i syfte att optimera leveransen och förbättra nyttan för kunden.
· Fungera som eskaleringspunkt för våra intressenter i händelse av störningar eller problem.
· Analysera och leverera statistik samt följa upp incidenter.
· Dokumentera avvikelser och proaktivt föreslå vidareutveckling av kundens lösning.
· Ansvara för ekonomisk uppföljning mot kalkyl samt analysera utfall och föreslå åtgärder.
De system som det gäller är en blandning av inköpta lösningar och egenutvecklade system.
Din profil
Du har för tjänsten en relevant universitets- eller högskoleexamen, alternativt motsvarade kunskap förvärvad genom tidigare arbetslivserfarenhet. Du har en även dokumenterad erfarenhet av arbete i en kundnära roll.
Förmåga att planera och prioritera, samt leda dig själv och andra i riktning mot utsatta mål är nyckelkompetenser. I övrigt ställs inga särskilda krav på tekniska IT-kunskaper, men det är viktigt med förståelse och intresse för systemutveckling, IT-förvaltning och IT Service Management.
Har du praktisk erfarenhet av att arbeta med IT Service Management och/eller IT Service Integration & Management, god kännedom om processer enligt ITIL och/eller ITSM, eller kännedom om infrastruktur och operativ systemdrift, så är det meriterande för tjänsten.

SMT have today a very complex application landscape with a mix of modern and old applications hosted both on-prem and cloud servers.

We are strengthen and increasing our on-prem Data Center capabilities in Sandviken to support both local Production critical systems and global business applications mainly on Windows/Linux platforms. The operations will be taken over by a 3rd party supplier during first half of 2021, and the purpose of the position is together with the supplier provide clearly defined and reliable Data Center services to the customers.

You will be the point of contact towards the supplier and be the driving force of developing and modernizing the Data Center. The role is key for designing the new Data Center function, as well as establishing the necessary services for the area.  You will also be part of continuous improvement and automation of operations, as well as act as point of contact for the internal functions utilizing the services.

You have an essential role in serving as the point of escalation and collecting feedback and requirements from customers and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities
As highly appreciated service manager you are expected to: 
 
Identifying customer needs and translating them into services. 
Managing incoming pipeline of new projects and demands. 
Lead the development of the Data Center services portfolio by creating, packaging and defining the services, ensuring services are delivered in accordance with agreed business requirements, and managing the service roadmaps.
Establish financial, business and pricing models for the services in scope.
Work with different vendors and supplier and ensure supplier performance and follow up service reporting metrics, budget and improvement plans according to agreed SLAs/OLAs.
Ensure that Data Center services comply with security, regulatory and legal requirements.
Acting as point of escalation for operational issues affecting the services

Qualifications
You are expected to hold a university degree in IT or similar work experience and have previous experience in service management role, preferably in the Data Center area.
You should be able to manage multiple stakeholders with different maturity and requirements. 

You are also expected to be collaborative, thinking strategic but also utilize existing capabilities internally and externally to take us to the new target operating model in the new company. 

You are also not afraid to get into technical discussions and help solutioning Data Center projects/demands to a certain level using solution architects, engineers and operators. You are self-organized, structured, have good communication and social skills. Have good Swedish and English skills, verbal and written. Some travel and willingness to adjust working hours is needed. 


Minimum of 4 plus years of experience in service management role, preferably in Data Center area.
Experience good knowledge of compute, storage, and data center technologies and emerging trends
Understanding of ITIL v3 service managements and operational processes needed to uphold a service.
Experience in service and contract management in a multivendor global environment 
Ability to coordinate and manage global changes and initiatives

To support the separation of Sandvik Materials Technology company from Sandvik we will during 2021 move IBMi to a SMTs environment, separate existing Mainframe,  Windows/Linux servers today located in Stockholm will be moved to SMT Sandvikens datacenter, Azure tenant with needed services will be built up.   

The purpose of the position to ensure that the assigned organization is used effectively.
You will be accountable for that services are established, delivered, understood and continually improved in line with business needs and expectations.

As Functional manager you play an essential role in motivating employees to develop their skills and to be a part of a high-performing team. You will oversee the safety, security, availability, efficiency, quality, and performance of the team. You will drive a positive customer experience.
Also act as point of escalation for any issues affecting services

Qualifications
You are expected to hold a bachelor's degree in computer science or similar work experience.
Several years of experience in leadership in IT management and / or IT infrastructure and operations.
Proven experience and good knowledge in application hosting area as local Data centers, Azure, IBMi and Mainframe.
Previous Experience in ITIL processes, IT service management and IT strategy.

What’s fun about the job?
For starters – You will take part of setting up the support organization and be a member of the implementation team where you will support, train and enhance the usage of the processes and tools. When we are up and running you will be a major stakeholder and play a key role in the development of the processes and related tools. 

As an Operational Process Manager, you will be a part of a team supporting Service Managers and Service Owners throughout the organization. Together with the team you will take ownership of larger escalations as well as work on simplify and automate our ITIL processes. In the role you will get the opportunity to work with different processes, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge as well as Configuration and Portfolio management. You will work closely with Process Owner on improvements on the processes and related tools. When needed you will provide training on the processes and related tools.

Initial work location in Sweden; Sandviken. 

Qualifications
This role requires solid experience and knowledge of ITIL operations and system implementations supported with a degree in Information Technology or other relevant education or work experience. You also have a good technical knowledge of IT solutions such as ITSM platform, preferably ServiceNow. You need to have experience of service management and the ITIL framework. Experience of working with outsourced deliveries and service partners is advantageous.

We put great emphasis on your personal skills. This role requires excellent communication skills in English, with an ability to communicate within a large organization and with international stakeholders. 

You have an analytical and problem-solving mindset; you are self-motivated and can work independently as well as lead and coordinate different work groups of different cultures.
