Dina arbetsuppgifter
Som Product Line Manager får du möjlighet att arbeta globalt med vårt säljarbete, närmast tillsammans med ditt team på två Account Managers. Här jobbar du operativt, både nära kunden och våra säljbolag runtom i världen samtidigt som vi behöver din strategiska förmåga. Du kommer arbeta med att utveckla lämpliga tillvägagångsätt för att hitta konkurrenskraftiga lösningar för att möta våra kunders behov. Till detta hör att hålla koll på vår försäljningsutveckling och hålla sig uppdaterad med marknaden. Vi vill ha din hjälp att utveckla våra affärer!

I arbetsuppgifterna ingår också att stödja säljbolag och internt vid produktlansering och marknadsföring samt genomföra förhandlingar med såväl affärsmässigt som tekniskt innehåll. I rollen finns ett budgetansvar för volym och lönsamhet. Till din hjälp finns ledningsgrupp, dina medarbetare och kollegor i samma roll på övriga produktområden.

Din profil
I rollen som Product Line Manager trivs du som enkelt bygger relationer med kollegor och andra samarbetspartners och målinriktat når resultat genom ditt sätt att samverka. Du har förmåga att jobba strukturerat och är van att jobba självständigt. Vi söker en lyhörd men samtidigt resultatinriktad ledare som vill leda mot gemensamma mål. Vi tror att du i grunden är entreprenören som får motivation av att skapa nya affärsmöjligheter.

För att lyckas i rollen tror vi att du har en relevant eftergymnasial utbildning eller motsvarande kunskaper förvärvat via arbetslivet. Vidare ser vi att du har några års erfarenhet av arbete inom internationell koncern och/eller försäljning av business-to-business. Vi värdesätter din ledarerfarenhet med personalansvar. Då Ovako är en internationell koncern är goda kunskaper i engelska ett krav då interna som externa möten kan ske på engelska.

Your Role
Your mission, along with your team, will be to develop and implement a Sales strategy that empowers our business within the EMEA region.

Your role

Your profile
We are looking for an experienced customer service manager with a relevant academic background. Strong leadership skills and a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams are essential. Experience with customer service software and IT systems is crucial, particularly interest within new technologies. Proficiency in CRM systems and a data-driven approach to decision-making are highly valued. Fluency in both Swedish and English is required, along with the ability to analyze data and use insights to drive strategic decisions.

Your personal qualities are vital for this role. You should be an excellent problem-solver with the ability to think strategically while understanding the evolving landscape of customer service. A proactive and driven attitude with a focus on continuous improvement is desired. You should have a passion for mentoring and developing talent within a customer service setting.

Surface Technology has an advanced steel strip coating solution which sets the industry standard as a key component used in various applications within Hydrogen society. As part of Surface Technology management team, you will work closely with both our Operations and R&D teams to deliver superior products and solutions to our customers.
With your technical interest and business talent - executing on the commercial strategy, which will entail negotiations, pricing and establishing pre-conditions for increasing our production you will be the key driver in continuously new, and maintaining existing, relations with our customers.
You set ambitious targets, plan accordingly, deliver on promises and follow through. Your team consist of 3 direct reports and indirect and sales resources at international sales units.
About you
We are looking for someone with a university degree, preferably in a technical or commercially oriented discipline, or with relevant qualifications acquired through significant experience. In this position, you need both the technical foundation and good business acumen.
You understand industrial business, B2B, and have experience in both direct as in project sales. You have relevant and senior experience from a similar position in a global business environment. You also have proved success in sales, structured strategy approach, business development and finding new market opportunities. Experience of work with focus on emerging markets, on a global scale, is advantageous. As we operate in an international business environment, your communication skills in English are excellent, both verbally and in writing. Further language skills are seen as a merit.
The location for this position is somewhat flexible, but presence in Sandviken, Sweden, at least three to four days a week is a requirement.
Extensive international travel is a natural part of the job.
You will report directly to our Business Unit Manager, Surface Technology.

Surface Technology has a Product portfolio based upon an advanced steel strip coating process. The Products sets the industry standard as a key component used in various applications within Hydrogen society. We are now seeking to strengthen our business with a Sales & Marketing Manager for our Surface Technology business - someone who wants to take an active part in the commercialization of profitable growth within the renewable energy segment.



Your Role
The role includes full responsibility in the commercial area. As a commercial leader you are expected to capture market opportunities, develop existing business, and generate profitable growth.
As a part of Surface Technology management team, you will work closely with the entire organization to support and take the lead in our business development. Implementation of business strategy, negotiations, pricing models and the establishment of long-term business relationships are expected in the role. In addition, as a member of the management team, you will set strategic and tactical goals.
It is a new role and it will require the development and implementation of commercial structures, processes, operational work based on a strategic approach. You need to have good communication skills, in both English and Swedish and furthermore leadership experience is required as it includes both direct and indirect reports globally.
The location for this position is somewhat flexible, but presence in Sandviken, Sweden, at least two to four days a week is expected. International travel is a natural part of the job.
You will report directly to our Business Unit Manager, Surface Technology.



About You
We are looking for someone with a university degree, and experience of technical sales or with relevant qualifications acquired through documented experience.
In this position, you need both technical knowledge and good business acumen. You understand industrial business, B2B, and have experience in both direct and project sales. You have proved success in sales, structured strategy approach and business development. Experience of fast-growing businesses is advantageous.
We see you as a self-motivated team-player who sets the team first combined with your empowering and inspiring leadership skills.
As we operate in Sweden and in an international business environment, your communication skills in Swedish and English are excellent, both verbally and in writing. Further language skills are seen as a merit.
