For our SAP team within production and logistics, we’re now looking for a Process Expert - someone to grow into an SAP Solution Expert role. Are you a driven and proactive team player with good understanding of business processes and a will to make an impact? Let’s shape the future together!
In this role, you act as our process specialist in a brand-new team within the team, with expertise in production processes and the connected IT infrastructure, on a mission to implement SAP ERP in our production. As this is a big change for us, you develop processes and ways of working with a global, long-term lifecycle perspective, all the way throughout the design, prototyping and communication of your solutions. With your solid background and knowledge within the field, you gladly share your expertise – supporting and guiding your closest colleagues – but are also eager to grow and develop your own role and knowledge especially within SAP. You have a bold approach towards your mission, knowing what needs to be done and proactively pulling the right strings and work towards it in order to stay ahead of the game. All in all, a great opportunity to make an impact and improve our ways of working globally!

Your mission
In this position, you work in the middle of Product Management, R&D and the world of IT systems. Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a relevant academic degree, or similar experience gained from a working career. To be successful in this role, you have an IT or Engineering background combined with an understanding of Product Lifecycle Management and skills in PLM systems, NX CAD and SAP. Our ideal candidate is used to transforming business demands into tailored and detailed IT solutions and has core knowledge of configuration and programming. As we operate in a global environment, you need good English skills.

Here, you’ll get to roll up your sleeves and work operatively – setting up, implementing, and maintaining label layout, packaging data and business rules, as well as handling changes in product master data and other related systems. You act as a first line support for all incoming packaging and labelling cases and incidents, and with a holistic and result-oriented view, you prioritize and complete your assignments in an effective and qualitative manner.
This position gives you some flexibility to choose your own working location, although weekly presence at our site in Sandviken is needed post Covid-19, in order to maintain strong personal networks and smooth collaboration.
