About the job
Your main responsibility involves taking on the day-to-day planning, coordination and tasks allowing us to execute strategic initiatives critical to our future success – supporting our Commercial Manager, Grinding Product Manager, Global Training Manager, and Carbide Services roles in the Services team. You develop established procedures and guidelines to provide timely and practical support to our office, business units, and departments and provide specific business-related organizational and administrative support.
If we dig into details, you keep track of, and support multiple projects within our Product Line Services:
Assist with administration in the global training role – update distribution lists for our Nano Academy learnings, proofread training and lessons for various product lines.
Ensure all project related task management boards are updated and acted upon in a timely manner and provide key insights linked to these projects
Update and maintain contract types and historic data
Follow up on raw material collection together with our global planning to ensure shipping and delivery
Maintain and update technical/system documents and procedures
Attend weekly and monthly internal and external meetings with stakeholders, keeping minutes and action plans linked to these events
Support in planning and organization of trainings, both virtual and live – invitations, meeting venues, material, documentation and other activities.

About you
We're looking for an individual who’s highly organized and can multitask with ease. It’s beneficial if you have an administrator background and broad knowledge of Office 365. As we’re represented worldwide, you have both cultural awareness and excellent communication skills in English. Other language skills such as Swedish, is beneficial.
Your personality is what makes us better! You have a high degree of self-motivation and identify yourself as a team player who thrives when being busy and working in the center of the circle. With a knack for problem-solving, you come up with innovative and creative solutions, and you’re eager to learn and develop with us for both personal and professional growth.
